Im looking for the "older" rock band for Wii. "Special Edition RockBand". I "heard" stores were going to have them in again about the 12-15th of this month. They are generally about $99-109. Anyways.. if you see one in a national chain store.. please let me know. That way I can find out if they are in stock here again too! Appreciate it!

Ok, first of all.. the reference thread is a dead deal now anyway lol.. BUT... 1st Panasonic offered replacement bulbs in 2006 as part of the age old "class action lawsuit" with LCD Projection TVs http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2006/09/panasonic_settlement.html 2nd.. were we even talking about LCD projection TVs? Wasnt this about Panasonic Plasma TVs? 3rd... Who on earth HASNT had a class action lawsuit against them in this sue-happy land in the past 20 years? I bet you could google just about any major company and find that someone has sued them for something they soured over. Cars have recalls, McDonalds has hot coffee, WalMart buys from overseas, free is never free.. come on people. One class action lawsuit over one type of TV.. not bad at all! Some lawyer pocks a couple million and has a bunch of consumers to thank. So.. did I mention I love my new Plasma Panasonic 50in TV that I scored for $809 LOL

I can understand why they dont match online prices. Shipping varies, handling varies, even tax varies when puchasing online. Some retailers may have a lower online price.. but the S&H make up the difference. By the way.. they (BB) does have a policy about finding it cheaper if you purchase it. Theyll refund the difference plus 10%. What kind of TV are you looking for.. maybe we can all help find the best deal??

I purchased the 50in version of this right before christmas when they has the same sale prices as these. The TV is E*X*C*E*L*L*E*N*T. This 720 puts most 1080's to shame. I was able to use an employee discount and get the 50in for $809, its on sale for $899 right now (way below other people) and well worth it. Again.. Ive run into issues with bestbuy.. i bet if you call the customer service # on the website and ask about shipping cost etc... theyll end up shipping it free. just mention that your daughter only had enough for the DVDs and the shipping is not in her budget. Ask again about in store pick up.. they are usually great about free shipping at that point. They shipped me and Ipod touch AND flat panel tv this way! (PS. youll have to order the item(s) while on the phone with them at that point)

If you are worried about it.. just use your spouse's ID next time. Its generally 3 returns per year with no receipt. When in doubt.. use the hubby to make the next return lol.

Purchased two DVDs from Amazon.. BOTH were damaged from the lil ring inside being broken.. the one that holds the DVD safely in place. Exact same thing with a Wii game I purchased from ToysRus online. At least the Toys R us is an easy exchange in store. I think the shipping companies were extra sloppy this year. I got a few things that were damaged.. some I would blame on the shipping.. some on poor packing by the company. (OMG FatHead sending things in an envelope.. they looked like hell when they arrived.. the packaging was trashed) In the end... a great Christmas with family.. Happy New Year to all!

KB is suppose to be at 50-70% now. They were (in my area) at 50-60 last week and up til Christmas eve. My understanding is most stores are suppose to close down by the 1st.

It goes from UPS to USPS, the tracking number ends the day it hits USPS.. since there is no tracking # for USPS its untrackable now. Im very disappointed, especially since I called them 3 times last week and they kept saying "just wait". I contracted them about an hour ago and they said I should have called last week??? They simply said, nothing they will do now since they dont know if i really got it or not. Talk about POd, now I have to fight it with the bank.\ PS. I am glad to hear this appears to be an isolated incident. Too bad that doesnt help put the gifts under the tree.

Anyone else having issues with the SkinIt company? I placed and order on Dec. 3 for $99.xx and have yet to get the items. They use a mailing process called mail innovations and it is only able to be tracked part of the way. The company is able to offer no assistance other than they dont guarentee shipping times etc. When i ordered the website had comments about "order now to get it by Christmas", now they say its no guarentee. Anyone else having issues? This missing $100 worth of items means no gifts for some people under the tree. Its embarrasing.
