There is no 3rd generation 8gb Touch. As the prior poster related, only the 32gb and 64gb touch's were upgraded. That being said more than likely you would never notice the difference between 2nd generation and 3rd generation technology.

To those who have asked us to post our winning submissions, i was told that all of the essays will be posted on the askablueshirt website. Not sure when they will be there but check back there periodically and i'm sure they will be up soon.

the affadavit was emailed to us and had to be returned by 11/21. I'm assuming that all of the winners have been notified.

I won in Los Angeles!!! I didn't actually talk to the lady, she left a message for me, so i didn't get all the info like the previous poster. But i did get the affadavit and immediately signed and got it notarized and sent it back in. There will definately be a new TV under the christmas tree for us this year.
