I would definitely speak to the manager a few days before. If you really want to see these peoples faces drop, print out a "ticket" from home that says #1 on it and when they say we are the first few in line, say "Oh, No I have a ticket that they handed out to me, when I arrived earlier this morning". The look on their faces could be priceless!
