JCP is the BF winner in my opinion this year. They will be my first stop.

Ok, as BF shopper for over 10 years all the ads are very disappointing. Unless there is better ads coming for JCP or Walmart this BF is a bust. I will wait for black Monday and shop on Amazon.com.

Guess the retailers are trying to understand the consumers willingness to spend $$ this holiday season before black friday. I'm not impressed with the discounts pre black friday. Anyone else feeling the same way?

TRU customer service called me this morning and they where able to locate me their exclusive 7-1 Maxus Helios. Since I finally received resolution, I would like to acknowledge that the Corporate Guest Services was very willing to help. However, it shouldn't take their Corporate Guest Services to make a customer happy.

Build A Bear Workshop; my daughter loves this game and only took a little help for her to master the game herself. Nintendo Dogs would be good on as well.

Thanks everyone for the kind words of support. I searched Northern CA and found only 1 store with stock (4 hours from my house). CA is very big :-). Had a good conversation with the store manager about getting the item to me and he was very understanding. They showed it in stock but when he did the physical inventory... MIA. Hopefully, a one is found soon. He said he would call me back in a week. :holiday16

I just received an email notification from Toys R Us that they could not fulfill the Pre-Order Bakugan set that my son wanted for Christmas. I am so furious with them for doing this. Has anyone else received a similar notification. I have to say this is not a way to keep a customer this holiday season. I spend a lot of money on my kids and will bring my business to other retailers. I would never get this kind of service from Amazon. :g_liar::g_liar::gdboxer::gdyelling:
