usually do it as I go... but havent seen much paper out yet we ran out of paper last year and we werent able to get or find anything we liked at the end of the year...

I was preggo last year , didnt know it yet, but i was about 10 weeks i think... but if i would have been between 7 -9 months ,i dont think i would have gone.

hopefully a new tv for dh, and a few things for my daughter.... if any of you remember me from last year... i didnt even know i was preggo till thanksgiving actually... but we welcomed a beautiful baby girl into our lives on July 3rd. And since it will be her first Christmas , i actually already have a good bit for her but she will only be 6 months so she will really probably care about the wrapping paper more than anything

i think my total is close to between 900 and 1000 thats for everybody but a good chunk of that is my dh gift which is $730.00 so but pretty much everybody got between the 10 and 25 dollar range on a gift or gift card

Well all was well yesterday until around 7:00 pm... we had our turkey, dressing, and all the goodies. Well at 7 pm EST we realized my dog was gone. Hes a coon hound and has a tendency to try to chase after animals. Well we looked for him for at least 2 to 3 hours. I was so worried. I was crying and whats worse is that I could hear him barking but my dad is pretty sure he was running deer. Well my DH was at work on 3rd shift. So you can bet I enjoyed having to call his supervisor to give him that message. They wont let me talk to him directly. So I sort of fell asleep around 11:30 last night , woke up around 3:15 am, still didnt see him, woke up at 4:15 this morning ,stayed awake and went ahead and got ready to go out shopping with my mom , trying to get my mind off of where my dog might be. So I was waiting for a phone call all day, fially around 1:30 pm, thankfully my dad found our dog on the back side of our familys farm. He is so tired and looks so pitiful, but hes ok. But other than that had a great BF. Got everything I needed, plus my mom found a great 26' lcd tv for her bedroom for a better price than Circuit City had on the exact same tv at HHGREG. YaY!!

All I can say is I dont think i could ever be that patient to put up all of those lights, wow!

weather for me on thanksgiving niht and friday... not terribly bad... from National Weather Service Thursday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 34. Friday: Partly sunny, with a high near 56.

im pretty organized so far , now I just have to wait till Thursday for the real ads and ill look at them while watching the parade. I may be 22, but i never have missed a year watching the Macys Parade except for back in 2001, I was in the Boscov Parade in Philadelphia. It was fun but i was frozen all over , 15 degrees outside and I had long johns and a colorguard outfit on, it sucked!

Well Me and my mom will be up at 3:30 - 4:00 am to head out to Sears first, I need to get the 39.99 Microwave. Then to Target and Kohls and possibly then to the mall in Pineville to Macys and such. Hoping to pick up some movies from Target and some holiday stuff at Kohls.

i just finished with my moms side of the family. Thanks to Amazon.com. Got my grandad a new crossword dictionary he does crosswords like crazy for 12.00 (it was 18.00 every where else) a new scrabble dictionary for my grandma, our whole family loves Scrabble but shes the Scrabble guru and goes by the book. Got that for 7.50 ... Yay! :holiday08

both sides of my family , my dads side and moms side have always talked about doing name exchange for the adults but we never have done it.My hubbys great aunts and 2 brothers said to not send gifts to them this year. But Im actually cutting back , im doing like 10 per person on cousins and aunts and uncles, 20 on grandparents, 25 on my two brothers and my parents are getting a new microwave.

Ive been looking for a job since june,no luck at all. hubby works for the sheriffs office, not sure if they get a bonus or somethin he just started back in august , so i doubt he will.

My list of people: My parents My 2 brothers Grandparents on moms side Grandparents on dads side My aunt Cousin and her fiancee My aunt and uncle and 2 cousins My husband- he already knows what hes getting but its on layaway and it will hopefully be paid off by Christmas, we hope. i still have my hubbys side of the familys presents from last year still. We werent able to go see them, so his aunt told me to kep them till we are able to. They live in brooklyn, ny. She told me to not do anything for them this year. So I feel bad , but we are tight on a budget this year. And she knows that.
