Man I FINALLY just got a cancellation email last night. I however didn't get offered a gc -- I wonder if I should call and ask about that? I'm kinda bummed that I didn't get the canceled hoodie!!!! Did you guys get emails telling you they'd be sending you a gc or did you call????? Thanks!

Oh thanks for this -- I'm also in the middle of prime and I'm waiting for one backordered item to be shipped. I was hoping that it would ship before the prime expires as I'm not sure what will happen on the shipping. I think what I'm gonna do is wait till like the 15th and try doing this. I, like so many others here loved having prime and it truly saved me with getting something shipped right a way!!!!

I also ordered 2 and I got one on the 22nd and the second continues to say processing. This company sure does leave alot to be desired as far as customer service. I don't understand why they let you order items if they can't be filled. Sure is disappointing especially since there are companies out there that go above and beyond!!!!! At this point they've really lost me as a future customer. Let me just add, at this point its really irritating me that they are sending me emails suggesting that I purchase more things from them. I don't think so!!!!!

I signed up for Prime yesterday morning early and the item was delievered today! I was impressed with that!

I received my Sharpies order today and a family member got theirs as well. I have a feeling that this offer was more popular than they thought and that's why it was pulled before cyber Monday.

I just called again to order something else and I was told that there's a limit of one $25 offer. So go figure. My person even checked with a supervisor. So I guess I'll go the route of placing another order!

It must be because I was trying to order two of the same color. My guys wouldn't be interested in the brainage games, they're both way too young.

Well I needed two and I was only able to order one. That's a bummer now I need to hit Target too!!!

Great thanks for answering Brad. I haven't tried to do this for a few years, so I forgot when they came online. Is the best strategy to have stuff in your cart or do you have to wait till the prices actually change?

From past experience, can anyone say when items will be available to purchase on Thursday? Is it like midnight (CST) on Thursday or later in the morning? TIA!
