I like Targets BF sales but if they do not have what I want at a good price, I can go elsewhere

Just a feeling, but yeah

I would leave my kids at home when they were younger. I would be shopping for them but even if I were not, it is hard to dodge around people and things if you have to watch for a smaller person that could get lost in a crowd.

Extra security would be great. There will always be line jumpers and people get angry quicker when they are tired.

Too bad they sold out before I got there. Seems they were selling the samples for $1 each as well as giving them away

I thought midnight was fine but prefer 3 or 4 am as there are less people out. 8pm on Thanksgiving is just too early. Sadly the retailers will open if they can get business.

Try the small independent shops. My dh and I were shopping for a few pieces of furniture for our cabin and the small shops had the best prices and some good quality. If they do not have it on the floor, make sure you can check quality before buying it. We even found a furniture maker at a swap meet that had a great headboard and footboard for our bed. Mattress was so/so quality but could not beat the price
