Not sure if I checked in for August or not so here I am

Finally back from vacation after our cruise ship broke down. We waited for them to get us back to London from Germany and moor flight home. Had to rebook another flight one way last minute. That was expensive. Glad the cruise line is reimbursing us. It took 5 days instead of 2 to get home and a lot of stress. Glad we can laugh about it now

Planted a vegetable garden this year for the first time. Looking forward to seeing what happens

I have been using SurveyJunkie and so far have earned $100 for the year

Tired of winter and looking forward to spring. Seeing trees sprout but then we get some overnight freezing and spring hopes get dashed.

Checking in for March. Just had our patio table flip in heavy winds so now it is upside down 10 feet further away in the backyard and that was with 30 pound weights on it lol. The chairs, ottomans, cushions are all at the bottom of the hill against our fence in the back and that is the first time they have ever been blown by the wind. Hope they are still there in the morning cause I am not braving the hill and the mud to try for them now.

Haven’t missed our blower except for once this year when we got 3 inches so we did shovel. We usually wait a day or so for it to melt away unlike our last home where we had to use the snow blower a couple of times a day lol
