(For photo book orders, it takes extra 2-4 business days for production.) The transit time takes about 6 - 10 business days for most orders for all USA, Canada and other International orders.

I want to buy my daughter one of these dolls for her 8th birthday...but I am not sure she understands the cost/caring of these dolls....I don't know how young girls play with them, but to me (because of the price) I would think it just sits on a shelf somewhere....it doesn't go with you in the bath tub. they should send you a return label (I think)...I am not sure why you are returning the item. When you call, make sure you request that if they do, to send you one via e-mail...this way you just print it ou and tape it to the box. As far as a refund....you need to call them...they may have to wait until they get the item back in their hands (which they will send you an e-mail immediately when they do)...you know how returns go...once they issue them it can take a few days to appear on your card. Either way, call their customer service number and they can give you a definite answer.:) Good luck.

My morning at Wal-Mart.... Got up at 4:00, arrived at WM by 4:30..my WM is a 24 hour so I don't know about these lines that everyone is talking about. I just walked in with my cart, found out where the stuff is that I wanted and went and stood by it.I was out of there by 5:30 AFTER they let the shrinkwrap go right at 5:00. Not to belitte the employees, but they all had a big power trip going on...I guess this was their 15 minutes when they could tell customers what to do. Employees kept announcing to people to put things back under the shrink wrap over the intercom..my basket was stolen that I had set out of the way. It had a coat in it but I was able to find another one I liked.I figured once the shrink wrap went flying I could scram easier by walking away. People in electronics were leaving their carts all over the place and you simply could not walk for anything.I found a line no one else discovered and got out of their quick. For $135 I purchased for my son: a coat, 4 pairs of jeans, 3 track suits (top and bottom), 8 underwear, 3 pajama sets, 5 long sleeve pull over shirts, and 5 hooded sweatshirts, 1 track suit for my DD...many of these items @ $4 each. People were acting nuts. Ya know, I can imagine it being crazy when a lot of people are under one roof...but these trashy people that go in there acting like they were raised in a cage astounds me. I feel really embarrassed for them. It must be hard living like an animal. But such is Wal-Mart.

Not to be tacky b/c all sorts of people go there...but I have found that the majority of Wal-Mart customers are an entirely different breed. ANd on this one particular day of the year when you can get a $4 pair of Hannah Montana pajamas, the animal comes out in these folks.

I used their livechat and they canceled it immediately...although I do not know if they are open now. :)

Can someone please explain to me why a company would sell clothing in which the size is not listed? This has happened with walmart.com and it has to be the most irritating thing. Why would someone blindly buy something? grrrrrrrrrrr

If he wears a size 7 (regular shoe now) these will probably be too small! Heel'y run about 1-2 sizes smaller than a child's regular shoe size.

No, no...my daughter wears a size one (reg shoe) but wears a three in heely's...which are now tight. I am going to go ahead and order a 5 so she will have room to grow into them. My daughter has never outgrown her love for these things..I thought the fad would be over, but she still loves them.

Not sure if I understand the confusion about the 20% off code. It was posted in the first post. (?) I got my daughter a size 5 and she won't be 8 until February. Actually...they are being tricky, the free s hipping is PART OF the 40%....so in actuality, you are not getting 40% off the price and THEN free shipping...it calculates to be PART OF the 40%.
