I understand Walmarts game plan. If they let it leak out to early people will not shop or buy those items until the sale also not give people enough time to really price check. They have a lot of toy items evey year that are made just for this sale so I'm not sure how great of of a deal it is but I am guilty of getting into the rush and dropping a couple thousand in that store every year on things I normally wouldnt get. I agree that this year not letting it leak out early may have hurt them. Everyone really is penny pinching this year grabbing sales where you can not taking a chance on what Walmart may bring to the table. This is the first year I didnt wait for walmart I have all my shopping done grabbing sale where I can get them and alot of online shopping. Unless walmart has some good deals on a nice Transformer or cupcake maker the two small things on my list I still have to get then I wont even be going in to that store that day no reason. Save me hundreds of dollars on things I dont need that I would have bought anyways in the race to shop.

I couldnt wait and since my walmart is 30 mins away I decided to take the seats out of my SUV stick in a air bed and camp out at the walmart. Got there about midnight my husband and I laid down for a bit but couldnt sleep so got up at 1:30 and walked around the store finding everything I needed where it was located. I was ale to grad my movies early and the digital frame and the v-smile since these items were on the shelf aready. My husband stayed posted at the 42" Tvs he didnt believe me on how crazy it gets he was just standing in the area I told him get your cart right up on it and good thing he did cause it got croweded around there really fast after 4. I grabed a MP3 player a stack of memory cards and flash stick and a bunch of toys. Got out of walmart at 5:20 over $1000.00 but all my shopping is done hurray!!!

I really like the kmart ad this year to. I just have a problem ever BF with kmart it seems that they never have anything at my Kmart. I hate to not get something at another store and find out Kmart dosent have any. That has happened to many so many times in the past, last year I went to Kmart first since it seems that Walmart has a big supply and doesn't run out fast but come to find out Kmart still didnt have what I went in for they just either don't get it in or only 1 of the item. I really do want a few things there this year but not sure if it's worth hitting first and missing out somewhere else.

I just found the best deal at Fred Meyers on the Ds. Right now they are having a 3 day sale 13-15 you buy any thing for $50 you get $10 off, $100 is $20 off and $150 is $30 off. Well this week at Fred Meyers there is a deal on the Ds if you buy the Nintendo Ds for $129.99 and a game $19.99 you get a $10 gift card. So here is what I did I bought the Ds and the game total 149.98 and I than bought a $9.99 car charger for it my total was 159.97 so then I applied the $30 off in store coupon and essentially got the DS system the game and the Charger for $129.97 and a $10 gift card to boot. Not a lot of people have a Fred Meyers but for those who do it’s a great buy. Also all the toys totaling over $50 you also get a $10 gift card and of course the $10 off coupon for being over $50 so I bought a Vtech kids digital camera $59.99 got $10 off used my $10 gift card from the Ds and got a $10 gift card back so I paid $29.99 for the camera. I am loving Fred Meyers today.
