I still don't know what was wrong, but I got a very nice Customer Service lady and she got it to work. I forgot that I was supposed to take a survey of my CS experience...wished I'd of waited cause I am very pleased with the help!

Crud. I never even thought about the shipping not getting here in time. I paid through Amazon and I have prime, do you think that would change it? I assume it can't be used with the free shipping over $49? And is the free shipping over $49 only things that are marked free shipping? I put several DS games in my cart and they are not coming up free shipping, that's why I ask.
