At Walmart: Got 2 of the Samsung cameras, 2 of the 8" digital photo frames, the Euro VRocker chair, bubble jackets for each of my girls, and some of the sleepers (in a size or two bigger). Went back later and picked up an Xbox 360 Arcade console price matched from Nebraska Furniture Mart (paid $179.00 for the Xbox). I could have gotten the doorbuster deal with the Guitar Hero game but I already have the game and 3 guitars. I was bummed to barely miss the Leapsters... At Kohl's: I got the Leapsters! 20 minutes of looking around netted 2 Leapsters scattered throughout the store. I was asked many times when I was walking around with just 1 of them if I knew if there were any more... I had the 15% day discount at Kohl's and along with the Kohl's cash made it a better deal than at Walmart, at least. I went to Best Buy, Target, Toys R Us, and Micro Center but did not buy anything from those stores. Overall, it was an excellent BF! Walmart, though, was a crazy madhouse!

I picked up one of these this morning at Walmart by the Price Match of the Kmart ad. It is $199 at Walmart so the price match saves about $20. When I went to Kmart this morning, they were already out of the BR player and I was only in the electronics section for 3 minutes and I heard 3 different people inquire about it.

As of 12:10PM, about 4 people at the Best Buy at 115th and Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas. As of 1:00PM, nobody at Nebraska Furniture Mart in Kansas City, Kansas.

$15 at Target, appears to be all of the Leapster games.

I was also looking at a Leapster or Leapster 2, are they better than the VSmile by VTech items? I thought the graphics on the VSmile products are too choppy (too pixelated), are they any better on the Leapsters? Right now I am figuring on the Leapster 2 because of the recharging addon that is available, but it's only $30 for the original Leapster at WM on BF... hmmm. decisions.

Wonder if anybody else got this in the mail? I got a mailer for a TRU Rewards R Us Member Shopping Night on December 10th from 8PM-11PM. It comes with a 20% off coupon for a single item (excluding Diapers, Formula, Bugaboo, Video Game Hardware, iPods, RobotGalaxy, Computer Laptops, and Gift Cards). This sounds like a pretty good deal, just got to find something that is expensive to buy now...

Hmm I actually forgot that I am still waiting for a few ads for regional specific stores, like Nebraska Furniture Mart. Also waiting for the Microcenter ad. But so far, it's Walmart first.

Wal Mart for me first (Leapster, Samsung Blu-Ray Player, 2 of the 8" Digital Photo Frames, that Samsung Digital Camera for my mom), then off to Target (XBOX 360 with the $60 Gift Card, my existing XBOX 360 crapped out on me..., then use that gift card on some toys!), and then it is to meet with my mom at Kohl's to get some clothes and even more toys for the kids. An exciting day to be had! My first year in 7 or 8 in which I don't go to Best Buy...

I can also say not impressed. Not even worth a moment of my time to stand out in the cold for that. Maybe we can hope that BB will put something new out but with only 2 weeks left, I just don't know.

I work 4 days a week. My work doesn't know what holidays are. Fortuantely I am off on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays through the end of the year, which means BF, Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE, and New Year's Day are all days off for me.

Best Buy for me. I give my mom Kohl's. I'll take a Target ad too.
