    The days right before Christmas tend to be very busy, so i wanted to try and come up with something easy and good to make for supper one night this week. Anyone have any ideas?

    I saw this on youtube,( cheeseburger tator tot casserole

    ) and thought I might try it. Anyone ever cook something like this? was it any good? it looks like it'd be alright( maybe a little TOO cheesy tho)

    any thoughts?

    I loved making monkey bread cause I would put it all together Christmas eve and then just leave it in the oven overnight. Flip the oven on once the kids got up and would love yummy goodness in about 20 minutes.

     

    Also love to do the overnight sausage casserole too.

     

    Sometimes we switch it up and do country ham biscuits.

     

    what kind of overnite sausage casserole do you make?

     

    We don't have a certain thing that we eat on Christmas morning.. usualy the kids are into their christmas stockings and have already opened some candy, and everyone just sorta picks at things untill Christmas dinner...

    Illinoismom, the Big snowman is Super cute!

    I like the life size santa, but it's the real looking face that would make me get startled in the middle of the night( i'm very forgetfull ) LOL

    Do you also decorate outside as much as you do indoors? I think it's wonderfull!! so homey and cheerfull!

    We have our tree and stockings up, a sign outside that says Santa Stop Here, but don't have anything else put up yet this year.

    I love being able to see peoples lights up and also their trees in the windows at night as you drive by... still makes me smile!
