Wow...so many yummy recipes on this site! I've made the mexican wedding cookies, eggnog cookies and M&M oatmeal bars. I still have about 5 or 6 more recipes to make! Thanks for this link!

I have never baked my own Christmas goodies since my MIL lives with us and she does all the baking. This has been fun and different since she always bakes the same recipes every year. I made the grinch cookies posted above. They are yummy!! I also made eggnog cookies, M&M oatmeal bars and mexican wedding cookies that I found on a website listed in another thread. I still have to do the reindeer noses, saltine toffee candy, praline pecans and cranberries, almost almond joy bars, eggnog bundt cake, holiday eggnog bread, and applesauce cake. I found all these recipes on the same website. Actually, I think it was more of a blog. The link is http://www.mommyskitchen.net/ and I found all the recipes on it.

Went to my store this morning and they had signs up all over the store for the sale. Got some nerf and mini marshmallow blasters for our Christmas Eve party. Not sure who will have more fun with those; the adults may weasel them away from the kids before the end of the night!

The game is beatable with just the starter pack figures. The add ons provide new levels and new moves which makes the game rebeatable if that makes sense. I think I am going to stick with the starter pack and see if the kids have interest in bearing it again or not before I buy the add on figures.

Tink...we have a 3 inch on top of our pillowtop and the sheets fit fine. I was worried too but it fits.

I have to say my WM was extremely organized this year. People waiting for the electronics at 12am were in separate aisles roped off from the 10pm sale. WM associates were standing about every 10 feet helping people find what they were looking for. Loudspeaker countdown began at 9:30- again at 9:45 and 9:50. I'm not really sure if they made it to 9:55 though before the stuff was flying. And even though it started early (like I knew it would), everyone was helpful and worked together to get items that I saw. Checkout was a breeze too.

I got an email confirming my shipment for the wii bundle, but another email saying out of stock for the Xbox live card. That was the one thing I stayed up all night for, not the wii!! I just ordered the wii because I was bored. LOL Now I have 5-7 days to wait to see if they cancel the order completely
