That's too bad, but I'm not surprised. My Kmart is always dead. They have one checkout lane open and more than 5 cars in the parking lot is busy to them. lol
Sad, but they just can't compete with SuperTarget and Walmart less than 5 blocks away.
I always say, I'm surprised my store is still open with how dead it always is. I do like Kmart though.

Before I even start on my review, let me ask you this. What have you been eating that you need ultra strong toilet paper to wipe your butt? When strong or extra strong won't do, you need ultra strong? Shouldn't you be examining your diet first?
Having said that, this TP is indeed ultra strong. I've been using Charmin ultra soft for years, but decided to try this on a whim. And it is what it's advertised to be. Guaranteed, no matter what you've been eating, this will wipe your butt cleanly and without breaking. Grandma's extra thick chili? A case of Montezuma's revenge? E. coli, gastroenteritis? That stuff will go through regular TP like a hot knife through butter and nothing will spoil your day more than fingers which have touched poo, even your own.

I bought the 10 pack of Charmin (the one that costs $21.07) a week ago for mom's birthday (it's her favorite kind. LOL) and it seems like a decent enough deal to me!

No problems this year but last year I got 2 DS games from Walmart addressed to someone in a different state, but the package had a return address from Kohl's. Did that make sense? lol
The bubble envelope had my name/addy on it with a return address from Kohl's, but the contents inside were from Walmart addressed to someone else...explain that!
So frickin' crazy.

19 rolls? Are they super tiny or something? lol WOW is right! That's awesome.
I usually buy two or three new rolls each year and wrap a few things in paper from the year before (I always have leftover) and the cycle continues.
I only go through 2-3 a year.

No matter their guarantee I'm leery as well - it's just cutting it so close. I'm sure they're hustling to get orders filled quickly but once it leaves their warehouse there are other factors that can effect delivery. You just never know.
I will probably order today for the extra time. lol
I remember a few years ago I got something on Christmas Eve! I was sad thinking it wouldn't come til after Christmas but it made it. (too stressful though. lol)

I was on my way to update this. Awesome deal. Right after I saw the price dropped even more, my set I ordered the other day was delivered. lol
I contacted Walmart though and they're issuing a $4 price adjustment.
And shipping is no longer .97 cents - it's FREE right to your home.
