Too many nice people turn into mean and crazy ppl during this time. Some ppl are nice, some aren't and there are some ppl just don't take BS from anyone.

I am so against midnight openings. Forget Black Friday, now it is going to be Black Thursday. And so much for Thanksgiving. For me it almost ruins Black Friday. I have been Black Friday shopping for 15 years and this is the most disheartening thing that has ever happened in all my years of BF shopping.
I agree. It used to be fun shopping at 6am. Too much greed going on. I say this is the last year for retailers opening at midnight.
Many retail workers know they're working on early Black Friday morning. But not right on the dot. Not even that, I'm sure most of them arrive earlier than that.

Soon stores will open on Thanksgiving. I bet most employees will hate the midnight opening. Most stores will be open over 20 hours that day.

Haven't done mail in for a few years. Last time I done one was for Staples easy rebate online. I remeber checking status of rebates to see if they got it, processed it and mailed it.

At Best Buy, I waited literally 20 mins for them to scan a coupon I had. it was like $50 GC for $300 purchase. However, the manager just took off $50. $50 off is better than a $50 GC. Less to spend.

Any predictions BF deals on GPS with lifetime map updates? We have a 3 or 4 yr old Garmin. Map updates cost almost as much as a new lower end model.
Garmin is expensive for the updates. Tomtom seems to have lifetime. I need a new Garmin too.

2004-2008, 2009 I couldn't go due to work however I made some purchases online.

Now it's more of the thrills than the sales. The online deals are much better than in store especially Amazon.

I am sure they always charge Sunday price for Thanksgiving. Luckily for me, I get the paper for free.

Yeah, but I didn't look since I'm not going this year and the ads leaked. It's most of the ads, not all.

I get the ads the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Gamefly is very good, but shipping does take time, 2-4 days. Once in awhile you get the new games on the list. Gamefly used games is way better than GameStop/EBGames. Always cheaper and you get the original case and manual in good condition. There should be atleast one shipping center in the midwest but they don't.

Staples has easy rebates, you do those online.
