  1. 1. In your opinion, what store had the best Black Friday ad last year (2008) and why? Target, in my opinion, but I may be partial because I love to shop there all year around. As for on-line, I was just totally blow away with Amazon. Loved their Gold Box toy deals, was rarely away from my computer from November to late January.... 2. What would be your #1 piece of advice to someone totally new to Black Friday? OK, I guess this may just be me, but my advice would be: Cyber Monday. Last year I did about 90% of my xmas shopping online (again thanks to Amazon and the free trial of Prime), so technically the UPS guy did all my running around for me, and I still got awesome prices! I also have never had the guts to go out on Black Friday...and I think it'll stay that way! 3. Besides offering great deals, what else can a store do to get you to shop there on BF? Free coffee is a GREAT idea. I think the stores would make more money, from all the caffinated shoppers! Also freebies (ornaments or reuseable shopping bags maybe), BOGO's, putting their ad out earlier, crazy little one-hour specials or something....
  2. I love my Sears Kenmore, best vacuum I've ever had. I even vacuum my linoleum floors!
  3. I just used my coupon on the 29th on sale items and they took it with no problems.
  4. Don't forget you can order it in the store and get it sent to you for free, no shipping. I went to the store today to get sunflower candles, but they are all out in store and online. Also used my $10 off $25, so got 2 large jars, jar topper, and car air freshener for $22!! By the way, when you do the online survey and they send you the email with the $10 off coupon, keep the email. I open it every month and the expiration date changes, so I always have a coupon. Don't know if you guys know about that or not.
  5. Didn't get your pm. I still have them....

  18. Oops, I mean Widescreen 2 pack. He had the blu-ray in his hand, but my son wanted the regular, so he could watch it in all the dvd players. Anyway, I think the bluray has everything all on one disc.
  19. My husband used it for the 2-pack blu-ray at Best buy yesterday. Thank you!
  20. My husband finally talked me into Kenmore, and it's a keeper. I have had up to 2 large, long-haired dogs in the last 10 or so years and was going through vacuums yearly, too. Currently, one constantly shedding newfoundland and the Kenmore has been picking up after it and 3 cats for 2-9 years now. Definitely was worth it.
