Yes, a 3 month outfit is 0-3 months. My DD has always been in the 95th percentile for for height and weight and was always about 1.5 months above the carter sizes. So she was wearing 6 month outfits by 2 months old. Now at 3 years old, she wears sizes 5's and 6's.

We did not have a receipt because it was a gift, but the manufactured date on it was less than 12 months when we called so we did not need it. Our car seat was fine also but we sent it in too in case the pattern did not match the new stroller. It did not matter to us by then since my dd was already out of that car seat, so we had a brand new travel system still in the box that we gave to my sister.

There were none at my store, but if its that new I would contact the company have them send you a new one. Graco was great when our stroller was broken, they sent use a entire new travel system with in days.

Worked fine for me. It says unit price 29.99 subtotal 0. I picked the 8x10 gallery wrap.

Our TRU has had the same thing going now for a while. There clearance signs aren't always easy to spot too. You have to check the shelf tag. I think the signs said it was until 10/16.
