Can't remember how many of you are in the Va area.. But the Ruggeds in Hampton and Norfolk are closing... They are at 70% off now... Changing tomorrow. Even the Newport News store is at 70%, but that is the only one staying open.. I went to N.N. and the Hampton store and got some amazing deals... i spent a total of $50.0 and got 5 bags of stuff, from shoes to candles, baby clothes and for me and him, and lots of SHOES haha Not sure of the other stores, but know of these. Mine has them for $7.01 ... Not sure why this price.. They say $9.98, but ring up for $7.01... So I bought one ... The red one comes with an extra spout for tea? I dunno... Also got bunch of Easter stuff at 75% off ... There are lots of things also in the toy aisles.. Like Dora (springtime) and John Deere tractors (box says Easter) these are also 75% off ... Had a bunch of gravies and stuffings marked down also..

They still had Christmas clothes on clearance tonite.. They must be pulling from the back.. b/c I thought I had cleaned them out, but more keeps appearing.... Just got back from Walgreens... I got a bunch of awesome things... They were only 75% off, but it was amazing! I got 16 (hehe) Hallmark bunny baskets, that say "Somebunny loves you" for .99.... I also got cute little spring plastic cups for .06... Peeps pens for .49... And best of all Tigger and Mickey inflatables for $4.95! I am the most excited about those... Normally they don't go below 50%

Went to my CVS tonite... did not have any dollar spot items on clearance... but all Christmas toys were 25%off (woo-hoo) Max Factor makeup for 90% off did get alot of lipsticks (2 packs) for .30 They should have been .60 but the MANAGER did not know percentages... Also got some psorasis shampoo.. normally $20 for .20... hehe.. But that was about it..

I got the blow up Dora (like santas at Christmas - plug in and they inflate) for $2.25 ... Yeah already bought one.. but couldn't resist... I also got cute little Pooh bears with letter blocks for .50 ... Fantastic Four "the thing" costumes for $1... (there were like 100 of these left .. no exaggeration) I also got Light up beer glasses (juvenile) for .75.. photo albims for .50... Care Bears sippy cups for $1.25... Tabletop crumb sweepers for .50... felt coloring posters (about 5x7) for .25.. and electronic dart boards for $3...

Don't stock up too soon.... I did this.. and at first my son (7lbs) only fit in preemie diapers... Then size ones .... then jumped to 3s... So basically i have a 2 year old sharing pull-ups with her 9 month old brother.. and a mess load of almost full packs of opened diapers!!! Do stock up on wipes though!!

I purchased Trail mix last nite at Target.. And got home and the stuff had expired 2 months ago!! Very dissapointed.. I am sure it is fine .. But never expected this from Target!

Went last nite... Got Sponge Bob Ripped Pants toy for $3.00 ... Pixter for $4.50 (games at TRU for less than a dollar) Lota of Pumice stones for .10 Lotions for .75-$1 and some infant clothing ... Not a whole lot left to chose from as far as toys at my Wal-Mart!

Some were marked.... Most were not... They were on those racks... But that little scanner became a good friend (lol) I kept checking everything... If you see something that looks "wintery" scan it! The nice fancy dresses were still marked $15 ... But scanned WAY less! The cashier was amazed as well ... She was just upset that I hadn't left anything! haha

O.K. I went to K-Mart tonite (just got back) I spent $51.xx and got 58 items.. All were clothing except 8 jars of baby food (like 60 cents a piece) I got CUTE Christmas dresses... But that can be used year round .. they are cream and black or burgundy and black and are very dressy for $1.50 a piece... I also got "santa" dresses for $1 ... Baby's 1st Christmas for .80 (dresses and suits) striped pullover sweatshirts for .40.. Red velvet hats for .20 ... maternity sweaters for $2 ... 2 piece Christmas outfits for .80... velvet pants for .70 ... And those cute little leather shoes.. (not sure of the 'real" names) the slip on velcro leather shoes with prints on them... They were marked down to $1.50 buy one get one 50% off .... a couple of those and a couple of Barbie flip flops in a cute summer bag with stickers for .90 same B1G1 50% deal... I also got myself some nice suede and furry pink clogs for $1.5 ... Oh... I got velvet (plaid and purple and greens) "scrunchies" for .20 (4 in a pack) .... and funny looking hair "extensions" (hair ties that have LONG pieces of hair attatched) I thought my daughter would like... O.K. hope this post helps someone, as it is almost 1 am and it has helped me b/c everyone in house is asleep... So no one to brag to right now! LOL

My son is 8 months old... I do have a 2 and a half year old as well though!
