Just wondering if anyone in the Twin Cities is on this forum. I am hoping to find Spike the Dinosaur, Fisher price dvd player and maybe Biscuit the dog. I am in the northern part of MN but really don't want to make a trip south unless I hear that some of these items have been spotted at Targets in the Twin Cities. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Actually, at my local Target stores they are able to look it up if you paid with a check. The only thing, obviously, that they can't look up is if you paid with cash. Just purchase it at the clearance price, take off the sticker and return to the store you paid full price for it. If you don't have the receipt and bought it at Target with a Credit card, debit card, or check they can look it up for you. Good luck!

Is there a way to check to stock of your local Targets online if you have the dcpi number?

Still 75% at both of my stores here in MN..

I have to say that my order was shipped timely. But, it was a couple of months ago. I ordered some items late summer/early fall and I received my order in about a week or so.

The Spongebob Boating School Lego's were $12.48 at my store last week!!

My sister went to 2 Targets today and both had toys at 75% off. I'm sure by the time I get there tomorrow there will be nothing left. She mentioned seeing a Mars Mission Lego set for 12.48 and a Littlest Pet Shop set for 7.48.:)

My store still at 30-50%, still... Most items have been moved to a special clearance aisle. i don't expect much to be left by 75%.

I called this morning also. The man I spoke to said toys are at 30-50% and he didn't know when or if they would go to 75%. I don't trust what they tell me though. I have called in the past for info on sales, items in stock, etc. and have gone to the store anyway only to find what they told me was wrong. He may have just looked at the signs. It seems alot of the time the sign will say 30% but the items may ring up with much deeper discounts. Anyone else able to get any info today about the toy clearance??:confused:

I thought Wed was toy day too, but when I went on Thurs, the toy department had 5-6 employees marking down. They said they have no warning or schedule as to when the markdowns will happen.

I was at Target today and 5-6 employees were in the toy department scanning toys and doing whatever it is that they do. Looks like maybe they are dropping toy prices. I didn't have time to check as I had to get to work. Anyone else see any toy prices go down today? Also, tons of shoes for toddlers, kids and adults at 75% off today.

Patio furniture was 75% today. Sunny Patch 75%. Patiently waiting for toys to go 75%. Maybe tomorrow??? What are your thoughts everyone? Is Wednesday the day for toys? Also got 2 mm at a Target that I have NEVER found them at before. That was pretty exciting.

Girls toddler shoes were marked down 75%. Lots of cute Hello Kitty, Barbie, and Dora sandals and croc style shoes. All were priced between 2.48 and 3.74. My other Target was at 50% off on the shoes.

I tried to get the gift card with the fusion gift set which was on clearance for 3.98, but the cashier said i couldn't get the gift card with a clearance item. I got some cinderella underwear for my dd for 2.78. Also some Lean Cuisine pizzas on clearance for 1.48. I bought 2 and used my $1 off coupon so got them for under $1 each.

I would like to check the inventory at some of my nearby Targets for the ice cream maker and also the Rocket Grill. When I use the above mentioned website, it recognizes the item I am looking for, but does not state if it is in stock or not. I have never used this website before. What should it say if the item is in stock??

Further markdowns on toys. My store had a full endcap of 75% off. Nothing too exciting though. Lots of those Scene It games. Sporting goods had some new markdowns. I saw lots of little kid ball/bat sets, t-ball set, gloves, batting gloves, etc. Also saw some Spongebob footballs, soccer sets, fishing poles, etc. for 50% off. My cute checkout boy let me use all of my coupons and didn't make me feel like I was stealing or anything. I am going to look for him from now on. It sure does make shopping more pleasurable when you don't have to fight to use coupons, especially the ones that Target generates. I think they should be more specific on their coupons if they are only good on certain items. For example, the Lipton tea. If it is only good on the boxed tea then it should state that. Or the planters nuts. If it is only good on a certain size, then it should state that.

Not much on clearance at all at my store. Electronics has only one endcap now and nothing exciting. I did get the cupcake gift box and some cupcake paper liners at 50% off. Got a couple of 24 oz. jars of the Archer Farms hot salsa. It was 50% off, so $1.74/jar. No MM. I have NEVER found it at this store. The stockers there must be on top of things!! No clearance at all in housewares except for the cupcake stuff. There was a lot of pet stuff on clearance, only at 30% and has been there for a couple of weeks. There was a lot of diapers on clearance, but no great markdowns yet. I heard some workers saying they had to clear off an endcap to make room for diaper clearance stuff. The clearance diapers were on the shelf with regular priced stuff but they were moving it. I'd like to get some of the Pampers Easy Ups. Clearance prices along with the $3 coupon would be a great deal, but I'm going to wait and see if they go lower.

My store salvaged the Shutterfly's!

Sorry to bring up the Shutterfly topic again, but just curious if anyone noticed if their store has salvaged or do they still have them?

Has anyone elso noticed the Shutterfly gone from their store? I was hoping to get some at 75% off but I guess that's not going to happen. If one store salvages at 50%, do all stores? Or is there hope that some will go to 75%? I haven't called my store to see if they still have them or not. I was waiting til later in the week cuz they had LOTS of them last week.

I saw the pampers pullups on clearance also. They were in the diaper section and also on an endcap.

I was lucky enough to find the 25 gal Sterilite storage bins yesterday for 4.48. I also got a couple of the 88 qt clear bins with wheels for the same price. I am very happy with this find and am glad I went on Friday evening as I know they never would have made it thru the weekend at that price. I also saw the cupcake stuff on clearance. I was tempted, but did not buy any of it. It was 50% off. They had cupcake gift boxes, silicone molds, giant cupcake pan, icing decorator tips, liners, cupcake holders, etc. Very cute stuff. I may purchase next week, for sure if they still have it at 75%. Also found some Dora Pamper pullups on clearance. I think they were just 30% but I wasn't expecting them to be on sale at all so with my $1 mq I was happy. I also noticed several automotive stuff was marked down, like seat covers, floor mats, and smaller auto stuff. I will watch this for further markdowns.:)

I am annoyed with the whole coupon thing altogether. I spend alot of time finding coupons, comparing prices, and scanning the clearance items for things that I can use. I have a large family with lots of mouths to feed and I work hard to stretch my dollar as far as I can. Why do I have to leave Target feeling guilty because some cashier gives me a hard time about using too many coupons or paying too low of a price on an item that Target themselves have set. The lipton tea thing is really ticking me off. The coupon states "Lipton Tea", nothing specific. Cashier says it has to be in a box. I also bought some of the Lays cracker crisps. I used the target web coupon along with the mq so I got them for $.50 each. She just rolled her eyes. It really upsets me, but not enough to quit couponing and perusing.!!
