1.for me its jc penny,the ad showing most of the kids cloth were only 2 or 3 dollars tempted me to go there. 2.my advice will be to google search all the shop to find a shop with nice deal 3.if the shops offer any gc depending on the purchase that will make me to go and stand in the line first
