The hallmark of a bad company- why cant they give out the email or phone number to the people who are completing their surveys and having problems??

Same thing happened with me with the 8000 study- I did every day but the last one- got the email to go fill out the last day, within minutes I went and they said it was closed. Grrr

Has anyone been able to get a response from them? I requested a gift card on Oct 4- it's still showing as pending- one week after I sent an email inquiry and still no response.
