  1. The hallmark of a bad company- why cant they give out the email or phone number to the people who are completing their surveys and having problems??
  2. Same thing happened with me with the 8000 study- I did every day but the last one- got the email to go fill out the last day, within minutes I went and they said it was closed. Grrr
  3. Has anyone been able to get a response from them? I requested a gift card on Oct 4- it's still showing as pending- one week after I sent an email inquiry and still no response.
