  1. Exactly, that's how I do it. I can't cut back and lose anything. I took a womens walking class and we learned with your regular exercise you shouldn't eat more than 1300 calories anyway or you will gain. The only way I can lose weight is to not eat at all. I drink diet green tea and eat no breakfast or dinner and just a small amount of supper and maybe some popcorn at night. I can lose 5-10 pounds a week that way. I maintained a 20 pound loss for the last year that way. I weigh myself every day and if I gain a little, I don't eat again for a few days.

Please take care or yourself. Your body needs more than diet green tea and popcorn to survive. I hope that you can consider eating 3 meals a day and not starving yourself. I realize that I don't know you, but that makes me concerned for you.

  2. Thanks, Brad. That makes me feel better knowing you've never had an issue. This is where I saw some of the not so great reviews:

I've always bought my phones directly from AT&T, so maybe I'm just nervous about making sure they follow through with the free activation and things like that. This same phone is $199 on AT&T's website...Free is much better. :D

  3. This sounds nice, but unfortunately TRU isn't paying very much for Ipods. :( My DS12 heard about this on the news on Saturday and had me take him to TRU yesterday to see how much trade in they would give him. He has a 8g Nano that is less than a year old, but he has been saving for an Itouch. He was disappointed because TRU only offered him $20. Needless to say, he didn't trade it in.
  4. The jeans start at $15 for adults. Not all of them are. Most are $19

You're right, I was given a flyer about the jeans last weekend when I bought school uniforms. It doesn't say anything about a limit on how many you can buy, but it says adult jeans start at $15 and the kids $10 jeans are the basic jeans. I am going to go get my cami's later and I will check out the kids jeans.

  5. No, no. I don't spend all that at Target. In fact, I've been pretty fed up with their card services and have stopped using it there except on my shopping days. On those days, I have spent more than $1000 before. So, it isn't going to be that great for me. I am shopping around for a better credit card. I just need to find the one I want. I've kept this card only because I have all those points racked up.

Cberrytech, I doubt they'll allow you to stack them. The 5% thing was only for people whose cards were registered to addresses there, not people visiting the store. It comes off at the credit card statement, not the receipt. But correct me if I'm wrong KC-Traderbear.

I really like the Amazon Visa. If you haven't checked that one out yet, it's worth looking at. I like getting my rewards to Amazon.com bc you can buy just about anything there.

  6. I just got back from Target. I had them price match the $16.99 each price if you buy both from Toys R Us, then I got $10 off each additional with the upgrade coupon from Disney, and finally the register also gave me the additional instant $10 for buying both from Target. I paid $3.98 total for both blu-ray combo packs before tax. Thanks op!!

Do you have to take the TRU ad to customer service when you are price matching at Target? I've never done this before, but I want in on this deal! Thanks.

  7. I'm glad to hear that you guys like the CHI. My hairdresser has a CHI and I love the way that my hair looks when she does it. Granted, she has much better hair skills than I do. LOL ;) Do you know if buying one from Ulta or Amazon voids the CHI warranty? Even if it does, I may risk it because their prices are a lot cheaper than anywhere else.
  8. I am shopping for a new flat iron, can anyone recommend one that they love? I have heard good things about the Infra Shine brand as well as CHI. Amazon has a CHI for about $71 right now and the Infra Shine for about $80...but I figure if I am going to spend that kind of money, I'd better get lots of opinions!
