Can someone tell me when the small kids books and puzzles are marked down....is that done along with the toys or do they follow a different schedule for that.

When I stopped by Target today, backpacks were stll 50% off....found a pepper mill and salt shaker set for $4

I didn't find any vday ghirardelli but picked up some hersheys bliss yesterday that I was waiting for 90% off.....75% off is better than full price

I just see several posters saying valentines is salvaged, so does vday candy not go to 90% off like the other stuff? My store has a lot of vday candy mixed in with the regular ones, so should I buy them at 75 off instead of waiting for it to be 90%off. Please advice as this is my first time shopping vday clearance.

I saw 3 playskool sit and spin on saturday and they scanned full price and when I went in today there were none. I asked a manager and she told me they had sold out. I am very new to target perimeter perusing and am confused now, would they have clearanced them between sat and today?
