  1. This is the only BIg item my oldest daughter wants. She of coarse wants blue because that is her favorite color. Will it still be over in electronics ? I know they open at 5am I am wondering what time would all of suggest? This is the only Target in the area so I am guessing it will get hit hard. I would think they have a good supply, well more then what Kmart usually has when it comes to a hot item.
  2. my MIL bought me a garbage can for outside ! She bought my husband gloves, and a xmas decoration of lights for outside he did want. Some how I ended up with a garbage can with a red bow ...yippie!
  3. my son who was 9 at the time got a chicago bears helmet that would fit on a small stuffed animal. His uncle gave it to him and our son wasn't a bears fan at the time either, he was and is a Falcons fan. He opened looked at his dad and me and asked , "Now what do i do with this???" we shrugged our shoulders and said put it on your dresser. He replied, "O"
  4. We do PJs and socks at our house every year. The kids really like getting them , last year one had Gingerbread men, one had dogs with reindeer antlers, the other had some red ones, and our son had just PJ pants ( he is not into full PJsets).
  5. Well this year our dd wants to go with she is now 10 and knows the scoop about santa.. I told her she can go, but if there is something on her list she wants I can not buy it . This may be the first year I am with out my BF shopping partner , because she will be out of state.
  6. Nothing against guys, but I wonder if a woman came up with this idea ! I say that because usually ( not always) women do a lot of toy shopping.
  7. I will be curious to see how this works for them. The name of the ad has me turned off enough to not even go to that store.
  8. I am really tired of my kids not picking up there things around the house. I can take it away, for MONTHS, ground them, even toss it out. They still will not put there things away, I feel like I talk to myself.... Keep in mind we have 4 kids and I am speaking about my 10 & 7 year old. My 13 year old picks up after himself. The 3 year old is pretty good about cleaning up , though she has her moments and she is only 3. I thought that maybe this year I will reduce to 1 gift from us rather then the normal 5 or 6 for each of them. Then a few from santa I am sure will show up. I wonder if this will help with them and picking up after themselves. I hate to sound anal but it is not just me my dh is tired of it too. anything that hits there hands when they are done that is where it stays. Do you think if there is less under the tree from us they will get the hint? OR will it not matter one bit???
  9. oh I told my dh what I wanted and he said basiclly GOOD LUCK ! I wanted a laptop because I am a full time online student. It is hard to work when 4 kids are running around. this way I could go hide in my room and read online etc. Then I asked for a IPod Touch .I only wanted one or the other. I was hoping that I can access the school on the IPod Touch as well. I guess I am buying my own gift. It may be both if I get my way :) I shop for him , the 4 kids, 4sil and 3 bil, his mom and 4 nieces.

  11. 12 dancing princesses and the horse and carriage. My daughter had to have them she begged for them ! I bought all this stuff , she opened it , played it for 2 days and that was it!!! Never again!
  12. I am really glad to hear this if it is true. Last year I wanted that Leapster system for my daughter and the games. I was shoved to the ground by someone and they tried walking on me . To make matters worse there was a child about 9 or 10 years old in that pile.
