Love the binder idea because when you drop the ads....it's a mess!! I write my list in order of store on graph paper. I also have a list of who I'm buying for and items desired. I also have a budget amount and stick to it. On their Xmas lists, I have general idea of pricing so I can check for 'deals' that are unexpected. I do lots of price matching so I couldn't cut the ads out...No way. On my graph paper under Walmart for example, I list items I plan to price match; what store I'm PMing and the price so I know what to grab before 5am and then can easily show the cashier at check out. I'm going to 3 hole punch and put ads in binder this year. Love it. Thanks. Trish

I thought that video/camera mp3 looked cool for a tween gift. tink..... They had tons of the Bakugan set for $32.99 at Costco. I bought it about a month ago and looks like they've restocked. It's the arena + 6 sets of bakugans. Great deal. Trish

I mentioned the Costco deal in another post about Bakugans but many people couldn't find in there area so it's a YMMV. Mine had them for a LONG time just sitting there. I went in today just to see and there were just a handful left so people have discovered the deal. Indianapolis Costco. Trish

Well I think this one is what the TMX should have been. He really looks cool. Once they're out, kids will want them and then it will be too late so off to Ebay parents with too much money will go...LOL. Trish

Just happened to me at Steinmart. Now that store is designed to mislead you into buying the wrong price...some racks are 50% some are 40% some are 20% on top of clearance and some are just full price, so I'm always really careful about what I pick from where, etc. I went to a rack with a 40% above it and picked out 4 things. I also picked out 1 50% and 3 full price. Well they said the 40% were brand new and were not on sale. I was in a hurry and irritated because I had been digging for an hour for the crap I found. I refused to buy those 4 but bought the rest and stomped away...as I was leaving the manager said 'I'm going to check that rack.' I should have gone back with her and demanded the 40% or at least not bought any of it like OP. That would have felt GREAT. Now I'm not even excited about what I did buy. Maybe I'll return. Ugh.

Wanted to say Amazon has $249.99 + 10% off and free shipping and no TAx.... so the deal is close if you don't have a LNT nearby... I've heard complaints about the dustbin area... Trish

we have 1 near us and one farther; of course that one is much better about having items than the other. It's frustrating hearing about all the target deals and RARELY finding them at my Target. Trish

Considering the 8" frame and 2gb sd card that I bought on Black Friday cost me about $62.88 before tax....the camera is less than $40 bucks. Not bad! I'll wait to see before I return the previously purchased frame and sd card to Walmart. Give those as gifts and keep camera for daughter's birthday in march. Thanks!!!! I really can't believe more people aren't jumping on this considering the slim offerings for black friday.

I think leapster games are better...my kids play their leapsters more. Kmart's B1G1 is actually cheaper by $5. I went ahead and grabbed a couple at Target...slim on selections so I'm hoping to PM at Walmart tomorrow [after checking Kmart]. Trish

ummmm.... because they don't allow that. Black Friday pricing is excluded from return/price matching for stores. That's why it's such a huge shopping day for folks. Trish

when I it makes them $7.50 each so it's $8.83 before 15% off but says $7.50 before I put in my cart....grrrrr. TRISH oh and those getting the d or c cell adaptors make sure you get multiple in case it isn't obvious these get fitted into items like d or c batteries and most take 2-4 c or d batteries.
