Down again. Seriously, this is ridiculous. I don't care how many people are hitting the site. We are talking about a big company, here. This is just unacceptable.

I just talked to a customer service rep and they said that Sears is going to extend the online sales until the end of the day. The site is still down, though. Definately sux. Wasted my whole morning trying to get a fridge.
