I had that happen to me last year with something saying in process - and i was S.O.L. . . Sorry i missed the netbook . . . i thought they released stuff tonight instead of last night and didn't see that one anyway.

i got my order through for laptop on my end - however, received email from staples this a.m. stating by the time they processed it, they were sold out and that they don't plan to offer me anything!

i was able to purchase laptop at 6:20 est, kept saying out of stock and then one time it didn't - processed order through - printed out order confirmation, but now in when i go to my orders on site, there the money amount says $0 and lists my order number, but not name of what i got - so now what??? hoping they will have to honor the confirmation i printed out.
