I placed 2 orders, one for 16.86 and the second came as 12.80 ($16 - 20% off). They charged me for both of them, which means the orders are shipped. The problem was that I was charged shipping 5.95 for the second order.
So i called CS and asked them first about the status on my orders. He said both are already shipped.
Then I told him about the 5.95 difference and he admited I was charged for shipping. I asked why the confirmation email I got for the order doesnt show it and he apologized. So in 24-48 hours I will be credited 5.95 towards my credit card.
The problem with their accent is this: they speak french mainly, so thats the accent :)
CONCLUSION: If you received a confirmation with 0 shipping, call them. Ask about the status on your order first (if the money is out of your account, this means they already shipped it). Then tell them you dont want to be charged for the shipping as you were never notified.
