Muncie, IN most of the toys were still at 15%! The old Walmart has Lawn and garden full of clearance and the MGR stated they have to have it empty by labor day! So look out! They have about 35 lawnmowers I was also told would go 50% of by then too!

Black Friday last year took me a whole hour! took post it notes and wrote down prices from other retailers and when I found the item at walmart I posted it on there and went on my merry way. While everyone else is waiting for the 5 dollar dvd's I was price matching disney dvd's for 3.99! It works great and Walmart did not question one of my matches. At WM by 5 and home by 6:30!

got a great deal at Target....the deal was thong underwear for a penny!

For Indiana Residents For instance Westfield/Carmel Target will be the first to markdown along with Castleton. Fishers is usually slower at marking down, I have never had Luck in Avon or Greenwood. Once in a great while Anderson has some deals, My best luck has been Castleton because it is lower volume and it is sandwiched between 116th Street Super Target and 86th street target and people always forget about the Castleton one. Those are some of my secrets in IN targeting.

Oh yeah went to a garage sale and they were asking more for clothes than what I bought for Brand new! Best deal was Reebok 2 piece outfits for $4.50! generally we hate TRU but we go just for the clothes sale

Went to 3 TRU in the Indy Area and got $1180 (retail) worth of clothes and shoes for $191.43. This is our second year doing this at TRU. Next will be JCP!

Why is it that a Target 4 miles from another one does not have same discount? They will not even price match there own stores! This is kinda crappy! Anyone ever get them to match there own prices?
