  1. Whoa, this has really intrigued me! Has there been discussion of this elsewhere? I would gladly pay the extra ~100+ (after PM and 10%) for the 1080p version of the Aquos and there's even a chance it would be less likely to sell out.
  2. This discussion is really interesting to me, but there's something that people don't seem to be taking into account. I'm really set on getting this particular TV model, so for me, it's not a matter of "ok, buy it early, go in and then price match it. If they don't do it, just return it." That means, for me, I won't be out the money but I won't get my TV, either. So I'm torn; do I risk it by making sure I get the model by going before BF when they'll run out, but not necessarily being able to keep it b/c they won't price match? Or do I risk making sure I get the right price, but risk not being able to get the TV before they all run out? *sigh*

    How early?

I've never waited outside at a Sears either and I'll be doing so this year. My question is this; since all of the Sears that I know of have multiple entrances, which one should I line up at to get in first? Does it matter? Should I just line up at the entrance that's closest to the dept that I'm headed for?
  4. Can anyone add any insight into which would give you a better chance? Online or in-store?
  5. So here's my question: It seems as though, when you order something online, it will check the store to see if it's in stock or not. If the website is pulling stock from the stores, how can I: 1.) ensure that, if I order online, they won't sell the TV to someone else before I get there to pick it up? For instance, if there's 100 of something and 100 people show up in store and I order online before the 100th is sold, will they say "oh, I'm sorry, I'm going to have to take that from you because someone just ordered it online." 2.) ensure that, if I show up in-store, I won't be told "ok, you can't buy this because they just sold out to people who ordered online? Unless they have different stock for online and in-store items. But if not, which one should I do? Online or in-store?
