I checked with my RadioShack (Memphis area) and they seem to have only a couple per store. Thanks to many of you I had a store manager get a total of 3 Navigons from 2 different stores around the area for me and 3 traffic cards that I was willing to buy yesterday and then return on BF. He decided to just keep the items for me and I am going to go on BF after the crowds settle down and buy them. Talk about awesome! I would call the R/S you are planning on visiting on BF and confirm their stock - I couldn't believe when the manager told me they weren't going to get a shipment in before BF of the Navigons... how they could advertise and then not have any is beyond me! Also, he didn't seem to want to pricematch with Staples. He claimed the stock price of the Navigons is 158.00 and R/S was offering them below stock price for 149.00. He couldn't believe Staples was going to sell them for 99.00. So we'll see about the price matching, I already printed off a Staples ad from the internet to show him! Just wanted to make sure I was understanding what a couple posters above said about the Navigon 2100. If you buy it today at Radio Shack, then take it back sometime on BF they will refund you the difference in their ad - THEN you point out the Staples ad for $99 and they should price match and refund you even more, correct? I plan on going to a R/S store tomorrow during lunch and asking these questions so I'll let you all know what I find but it would help if I had some backup from others who have asked these same questions. I went to a R/S today and that store claimed they didn't price match, from the other posts it sounds like R/S does price match so I am going elsewhere tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help! :)

First of all Marcster - THANK YOU!!! The amount of time and research you put into this is SOO appreciated! I can't imagine...but thank you! After some research of my own and then coming here I can't not go for the Navigon 2100. It looks cool, has TTS, and will include the traffic feature. And for $149 at R/S and using it everyday - if it craps out in 2 or 3 years it was worth it! Thanks again to everyone who found info on the net regarding this elusive GPS device! Can't wait to hear how everyone likes it after BF and Christmas! I'm getting 2!
