This year was hard for us since my Aunt was killed in a horrific car accident this week. We flew in Monday night (to start our holiday week) and we were greeted with the news when we landed. She was the one that was supposed to host Thanksgiving. With that said, I have been completely off my game. I did start early with my shopping with a lot of the early release, etc. Best Buy Online: 2 pairs Bose earbuds (bought Nov 10th-thanks to the heads up here!) I LOVED the 10 days of Target deals: Target (in store): Our Generation RV and board game (Used the 30% off toy coupon, plus additional 5% with redcard) Target online Sunday: Pebble smartwatch (Used 10% off tech code, plus additional 5% with redcard) Target online Wed: Beats Wireless to be shipped to me AND 5 Sonic toothbrushes for store pick-up (This was a sweet deal because they were marked down, then there was an additional discount of $5/per brush.) I did not do anything online or brick and mortar on Thursday. Black Friday in store about noon: Target: set of sharpies and a movie Walmart: 2 sets of rubbermaid and dvd player for the car I didn't have any real plan in either store and I just needed a distraction. I was in and out in basically both store with no wait time to check out!

THIS is on our list too for my son! I think that Amazon is going to be the best bet as I've yet to see them in the big box stores. My goal is to get it for under $200!

Will Target price match Wal-Mart's PRE-Black Friday sale prices? (IE, the one that starts tomorrow?)

I am hoping for Skylanders, Beats, Infinity 2.0, Samsung S5, and would it hurt to throw in the Bissell little green deep cleaner? My husband wants a GoPro 3+, but I don't think the deal at Best Buy can be beat or can it?

Does anybody remember what AG has done in the past for BF or even Cyber Monday? (If anything???) Thanks! Julie

This is the only thing on my husband's list, so I am hoping to get the best buy deal! If not, then Target is my backup plan! Any idea on how popular this is going to be? Does anybody think the Best Buy bundle will be available online for the Black Friday price? Thanks!

Does anybody know anything about the Trayl versus Diamondback bikes for kids? My 10 year old son is asking for a mountain bike and am not sure if one of those would work? My 7 year daughter is also asking for a new bike, and althought she isn't asking specifically for a mountain bike, I think it will be good for her to have one for the hills and trails. Thanks! Julie

Toys 'r Us does a buy 1, get 1 at some discount BUT keep in mind they are usually higher than Target and Walmart anyway. Target does a sale, but is usually specific to a type. They really like to put the "city" ones on sale over friends or star wars, etc.

Okay, I was really frustrated yesterday morning when I had the two things in my cart, was checking out and the site crashed. Yesterday afternoon around 3pm CST, I was able to add the skylanders for 3ds w/loot bag and the white Samsung tablet w/gc! I received notifications that everything has shipped!! Yea Best Buy!!

I have Plan A, B, C, & D so if I can't get something this morning, I still have other options and won't be paying full price!!

Speaking of Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0.....does anybody have a good recommendation for a case for kids? They did release the new otterbox cases, but those are $80 bucks a piece! I do like that style better than a fold over case, but not at that price. Anybody? Anybody?

Okay...one more...the ipad 2 for 399 with a $75 g/c at Walmart. I was expecting it to be under $300. It is a 2....not even the "new" one...

Okay, others might not think this is funny...BUT...when I think of BF shopping, I think of electronics, toys, etc. I do not think "OH, I should buy a new bra and panties." It makes me giggle that some of these ads have page after page of them.

ALSO..what about the diamond Hershey's Kiss pendant in the Kohl's ad that is normally $265 BUT on sale for $79...really? Same ad...the diamond dachshund? Normally 375 on sale for 119??? Seriously? and seriously...the flying pig necklace? I can't find it off hand, but oh my stars!

Oh, I have one...what about the staggered doorbusters at walmart this year? It is great to keep people coming back hence possibly spending more, but hard on the consumer. Speaking of Walmart, what about the product guarantee that is liable to be a fight starter? They really should have the movie 'fight club" playing on all their TV's...

Walmart has the Samsung galaxy tab 2 7" refurbished for 149.99. I ordered it and added the 2 year protection plan (drop, spill, crack screen) for $20 more! (This one is for my 5 year old) I bought a new one at BB a couple of weeks ago for my 8 year when they were having a special of $100 off when you signed up for a hotspot with Verizon. We needed to get one anyway for our trips to the beach. So, we got the $100 off plus a free hotspot.
