Target Red Card holders can order one on Nov 1. no idea exactly what time you can place you order but I expect them to sell out quickly

nope as you think most games will be either $25 or $35 on BF at the current $60 each you will spend $120, so if you get 3 of them for $25 each your saving almost $50 by waiting or just $15 at the least but yes you could buy now and just return them if the better deal is on BF

So I just googled them they filed for bankruptcy back in May, seems they closed most of their stores and by looking at their website they are in the process of rebranding themselves and will be Gander Outdoors but there are still some locations out there just pretty sparse it looks like
