Try removing the battery and placing the phone in a bag of rice. Let it dry for a few days and then try replacing the battery in it and seeing if it works.

I understand that and i agree. But they should also inform their customer service reps to refrain from telling the customers to refuse shipment. I don't think I've ever refused a shipment or returned anything to amazon.

I have this camera. I bought it when they first came out. It's big and bulky but it takes awesome pictures. I also bought the telescopic lens from walmart for it. If you're looking for a lightweight small camera this is NOT the one to go with.

I got mine from TRU with the $25 off $50 paypal promotion. Although, I'm thinking about exchanging it for the one at walmart with the soccer ball.

That's why you really should call the business you bought it from for reassurance.

Return to sender usually works. But i would call the business you purchased it from.

Walking right in and getting it is the problem. I don't have a best buy here and the closest one is almost 2 hours away. Dh called best buy and put in the order over the phone online. Was told it would be $199 and charged the $199 plus tax. But in reality I was charged full price plus tax totalling over $240! Dh called back and CS told him they would credit the difference. I forgot about it until about a week ago. Went back and looked at my bank account and the credit never went through. We're only talking about 30 some odd dollars, but that's $30 more that I could spend on something else!

I'd like to know this too. I bought the 8gb back when best buy had the "oops" for what was suppose to be $199. I was charged full price. Called and was told I would be credited the difference. I never was. If I could get the gift card now that would be wonderful!
