I got to to BB at 0400 and I was about 200 in line. Waited there for 45 minutes and found out the laptops were sold out. Proceeded to CC and was number 50 in line. I waited about 30 minutes and found out they were sold out of laptops as well. THen drove to OD. I got there at 0530 and was tenth in line. I finally got the laptop.

I am debating between the laptop at BB and the laptop at costco.
Where would the costco laptop rank with the rest of the deals? 849.99
specs: Compaq celeron m330
512ddr ram
combo drive
60gb HD
intergrated wireless g
15" screen
It has 2x as much RAM, 20gb more on HD, and integrated wireless.
Also, if the BB is recommended yes or no for extended warranty.

Does anyone know if Dell has a BF sale? Have they in past? I need a laptop, so I wnat to know if I have to wait in line for 3 hours or get it over the computer.

if they do an online BF sale is someone going to let us know? I hope so, because my computer has been on its death bed for 4 months now. I need to get a computer on BF.

I am also wondering the same. I don't game at all except for online poker. It will be used almost exclusively for email and websurfing. Light photo editing, and burning a CD occasionally. I didn't jump on the dell deal a few weeks ago, because i thought there would be a better deal on BF.
Any of the laptops will be better than what I am currently using. P2 500 with a motherboard that is on its death bed.
