yep finally a great deal on a quality plasma and it sells out within hours, you would think these retailers would price these hdtv's a bit more aggressively to get some black friday excitement going.

you see that was a great deal, I thought more Plasmas this year would be priced this way. I've been disappointed with the plasma prices thus far (except for this deal).

awesome info, had no idea the LG/Goldstar connection. I personally am looking for a specific model Panasonic to go on sale (TH-42x77U), I didn't see it and will not compromise, thus I will not be waiting in line BF. I may end up purchasing off Amazon, in any case glad you had good results with your Olevia, I may have to research further.

just my 2 cents agree with above post Panasonic makes a great Plasma, if your going to spend a couple hundred dollars, I'd stick with a Panasonic or Pioneer (although they are pretty pricey). In any case disappointed that the deals just aren't blowing me away.

So far no deals on a good quality Plasma, yeah sure $900.00-$1000.00 for the Panasonic 42 inch is okay, but you can do almost as good on Amazon. Show me $700.00-800.00 and I'll stand outside in the cold at 4 Am. I'll be sleeping in this BF.
