  1. You read correctly, I just checked the ad myself and it does say the $50 gift card comes with ANY Ipod touch purchase on BF. That is a really good deal. MacMall also offers good everyday pricing on the 64GB Touch for $378.99. I just bought one myself, have had it for about 2 weeks now and love it. I got mine from EBay though. It was sealed in the box brand new and I only paid $298 for mine!! You just have to watch who you deal with on Ebay and make sure the seller is reputable.
  2. I also went with EBay and just got the brand new 64GB Touch for $298! I paid $310 through Ebay, got $6 in Ebay bucks, and $6 from EBates (310-6-6=298) You just have to check out the person that you deal with because while most people on there are honest some are not. Mine is brand new, sealed and came with everything that it does straight from Apple.
  3. Thanks for all the ideas so far. Really like the idea about the gift bag/basket of their daily supplies. I'm already buying them all dictionaries since I get ask a hundred times a day how to spell something, and the supplies would go well with the dictionaries. Thanks again, Still thinking all of them over and welcome any others.
  4. Believe it or not, most of them don't drink so this wouldn't really work for me. Thanks for the suggestion.
  5. I need some ideas for Christmas gifts for deputies. I work for a Sheriff's Dept as a secretary for 9 Sheriff Deputies and I'm having trouble thinking of a good gift to give each of them for Christmas this year. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, and not to sound horrible but the cheaper (price not quality) the better as I am on a tight budget. Thanks for any help you can give.
  6. Thanks, thought i was missing something. In away I did, a better deal!
  7. Unless I'm missing something, I'm not seeing a difference. Just tried the same two items I ordered yesterday and got same price.
  8. Got 2 pair. One of the Chops, and one of the Wireless Double Agent for $42 shipped. Awesome Deal. Thanks!!!!!
  9. DH would have loved to have one of these but just couldn't make ourselves pay that kind of price for a coffee maker, so we bought the Black and Decker that will make either one cup or two at a time, with the travel coffee cups. DH uses it every day and he loves it. We have had no problems with it. Good Luck with your search, hope you get what you want and love it.
  10. Thanks to all those who replied. I actually did find this one at Kohls also. I had a 10% off coupon that I used and got free shipping, plus used ebates for 4% cash back. I also got the $10 kohls cash for purchasing over $50 so if you include everything I paid $85.50 -$10.00 kohls cash - $3.20 ebates cash back = $72.30. I thought this was a good deal. Thanks again for the suggestions.
  11. You all seem to be able to find just about anything so I thought I would see if you can help me. I am looking for a good carpet cleaner/shampooer (?not sure if spelled correctly) I dont want one of the really expensive ones because all I need it for is my living room carpet and a small hallway. I dont have a lot of money and dont want to rent a cleaner each time or pay someone to come clean them because I work a rotating schedule and time is sometimes and issue. If I can find a good inexpensive cleaner I can do the carpets whenever I have the time. I want a cleaner that can handle cleaning the the livingroom every 2-3 months and the hallway every 4-6 months. Will probably be used a total of 4 or 5 times a year. Am I asking too much? Thanks for any information you can provide to help in my search!!!
  12. I've never booked with vacationstogo.com but use them as a reference when price searching. I typically book my cruises through the cruise line or with www.cruise.com for 1 huge reason. If you book a cruise early like I normally do, and the price of the cruise goes down, all you have to do is call them and they will adjust the price and you get the new rate. If you have already paid in full, you will get a credit back on your credit card. If you havent paid in full yet, you will have less to pay. I know for a fact that Cruise.com and Royal Carribbean do this, but dont know for sure about the other cruise lines. My next cruise (may 2010 is booked through cruise.com and i check prices on it about once a week. My last one was through royal carribean and the price dropped drastically (almost in half). I had already paid in full, so when I called them, they credited my card $598! I was overjoyed!! Good Luck! I love Cruising, the May 2010 will be our 5th in 4 years.
  13. me too, but guess who's calling in sick!
  14. Ours is pretty good. I just ordered two items a couple of weeks ago and got my email on friday that they were at the store. I went to the store with email in hand and when I got to the site to store area, there was no one there, but they have a huge sign that says press button for service. The button is on one of the credit/debit card machines. You just press the touch screen and it pages a customer service manager who is working that area and she was there within 2 minutes of it paging her. They carry these hand held pagers that get alerts from all over the store. I thought it was a neat idea. Of course, our store was just remodeled. Dont know if that has to do with anything. But the store looks good and the service was good so I'm happy to use it again and save the $40-$50 in shipping that I would have to pay for the items I bought.
