It all depends on your area. Last year I lined up on wednesday night, but the line started growing throughout turkey day. If I were you, I would scope out the store on tueday or wednesday and see the most likely locations for the monitor to be. Then on Thanksgiving I would do a couple of drive-bys to see how long the line is getting. As far as how many monitors the store will have, its hard to say. That also depends on the store, however, the ad does say that the store should have a minimum of 12 monitors. I got a 19'' Samsung monitor and I love it. The monitor best buy has this year looks to be excellent as well. The monitor features 5ms response time with VGA and DVI in and a 1680x1050 native display. Hope this helps
