For a 14 year old maybe movie passes and/or movie rental gc (Blockbuster). For my hard to buy for MIL I have, in the past, made a stationary basket. Include notecards, misc. greeting cards, notepaper, pens, address book, stickers, stamps and address labels. At least it is useful.

I ordered my son's from Apple for Education. I bought the 30 GB model. Paid $269. Saved $30. They do charge tax.

Does anyone have any feedback on this item? My younger son (9) wants it for Christmas. We just had a flood in our basement and have lots of room. I'm just concerned about having enough room height-wise and the assembly. Toyrus has it for $179 in their BIG BOOK. Thanks so much.

I have bought boxes of misc. greeting cards and added a book of stamps. They love it because they can keep them at school and send out when needed.
