We did what Scanner suggested. The fleece blankets that the kids tied knots in the fringe. My daughter was in 6th grade and hand sewed a few pillows for her baby cousins. I just kept watching the remnant bin at stores and bought baby material. My son even did the same and he was in elementary school. My family still has those pillows!

I received emails today stating that my orders had been canceled. When I called in, the gentleman said that 2 of my 3 items were shipping, just not the third one. He then helped me find the jacket for my son in a different color and is sending that one. I hope it all comes. If it does, and at those prices, I will sing praises about this young man to his company!

We had the same exact problem with Dell..... I WILL NEVER allow anything from Dell in my house again! I still get mad thinking about it, and it was 2 years ago! Your story is soooo exact to mine.......I found a page (2 years ago) that disgruntled people had shared their experiences...and there were some hilarious quotes....just place the word DELL in for any swear word..."What the Dell?", "Oh, Dell", etc Just a little humor....I wish you luck. Just make sure you call with ANY problems and get them documented before 20 days are up...then you have a little more luck in getting help. And remember they seem to count the days from when it shipped, not when you actually received it.

My daughter loved her AG dolls. She actually saved her money(from bdays&xmas, etc) to buy her first one. Then being the lucky girl that she is, her Grandfather bought her one for Xmas a year later. My DD is now too old for them, but I have found them at Garage sales for around 20 dollars. I snatch them up and give them to my nieces. A good place to look is in the wealthier neighborhoods, and they usually advertise them in the garage sale portions of your local paper. Another option is ebay?????

Other members and I mentioned this in another thread, but just wanted all to know...a few of us have went into the store to get the rebate form. You have to keep asking until you find someone who knows what is going on. In some instances, members have just gotten them at the registers, others in the housewares dept, and I had to go to customer service to get mine. Hope this helps.

I was in Kohl's yesterday and noticed that they had these and other Vera jewelry on clearance in a jewelry case...might be a way to still get them!

My daughter wanted one for Christmas...they are expensive! I found my best price at SportsBasement.com. There was a coupon code at that time for a certain amount off, plus they had the coat at 125.00 versus the usual 165.00. I think the prime time to look for them would be now or in the off season? My dd says it is very warm, and wears it all the time.
