Our walmart does it... they even did it when the PS3 and Wii were being sold last year... also the staples is very well organized in handing out tickets for every item they have on sell black friday, they walk down the line from the front before it opens and have tickets for every item on sale, youtell them which your wanting and they give you a ticket for it if its still available. clean and simple.

I live in Oklahoma with more of the anti-sale price laws... Last year the prices were way higher here than in other states... So when I heard about the pre-black friday sales at walmart I thought wow... a 98.87 for a HD DVD, I wondered what they will be selling them for in my store... So I went after work quite certain they would still be there since the price would surely be closer to 200... Imgane my surprise when they shelf is full of them and they are all priced at 98.87... Now fast forward to Sunday and I am in a different walmart... here I find s rack full of them for the even lower price of 98.00 (I'm p*&$ed off now because I paid 87 cents more than I could have if I had waited).... Now the 50 inch plasma was not under 1000 as it was in other states it was almost 1300.... so I'm not sure whats going on but it appears in Oklahoma that Walmart is not actually following the letter of the law as normal.
