we bought a 3 HDMI adapter thing for DS' old TV it worked well
Waitlist basically works like this : Alot of people click to buy an item as soon as it goes live and then decides. If you click to join the waitlist you are put in a "line" and when someone gives up the item they offer it to you on the waitlist. (sometimes the person decides they don't want it OR they just don't checkout in time since there is now a time limit to checkout items) Anyways it gives you a little popup that you were chosen to get the item but you have only three minutes to claim it..if the timer runs out before you claim it then its offered to someone else. After you claim it you have a few minutes to check out or it will be offered to someone else on the waitlist.
I have only not gotten an item ONCE since they started the waitlist thing. Today I was 500+ on the waitlist which Amazon says is "poor" in my chances of getting an item. I got them BOTH. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS sign up for the waitlist and do not get discouraged if the site suggest your chances are "poor" you do have to keep the tab open and check it often in case your picked though. HTH

And with that all the kids TVs are upgraded Now to get rid of two 19" with DVD and one 27" with DVD :/

the laptop is on sale for 569 not 619...but its sold out now.
I did get a yellow ipod touch for my moms list and am on the waitlist for a white one too (I went after those two colors thinking the blue/pink would go first)

Is anyone doing the wait list from their phone? I've done it in years past on my computer. Today I'm on my iPhone looking on the website and the Amazon app in the Black Friday section and haven't seen it... Just curious.
I was trying to do the gold box deals on my iphone 5 and it kept telling me it was not supported in my browser??? So I switched to the laptop

I agree with the waitlist a bunch of people just CLICK when they are available so they don't miss out while deciding (I do sometimes) so ALWAYS join the waitlist....there has only been ONCE that I didn't get an item when joining the waitlist!!! Even when it tells me my chances are "poor"

I've looked and looked...and have found nothing...Victoria's Secret has the pink sequinned boots...they had 30% off everything but then...UGGS were excluded from that deal.....maybe after Christmas...

I guarantee that if NO ONE shopped on Thanksgiving NO retailer would open. If you don't like the hours, DON'T SHOP on Thanksgiving. Last I looked, slavery was outlawed. If you don't like where you work, QUIT. What benefits do I get at Walmart? 40K/yr salary (I am NOT salaried), 4 weeks PAID vacation, PAID sick time, PAID personal time, insurance that costs under $35/month. Don't believe ALL the union propaganda. Oh yeah, I also get a 10% discount year round. During the middle of Novermber-January 1st we get 10% off groceries. If we work from 7pm-7am Thanksgiving/BF we get 1 transaction in December (6th or 7th) at 20% off.
that is great, I have one question if you dont' mind.....? Are ya'll getting paid more to work on Tday? Like time and a half or anything? I hadn't heard.

If you don't agree don't shop the stores that open on t-day. Thats what it comes down to. If people come they will open. Its a business and even though I don't agree with working on holidays there are people right now that would probally gladly be paid overtime and work on any day to bring home a paycheck.
I won't be ANYWHERE but at home with my family on Thanksgiving and I am absolutely thankful to have that option and choice.

I do different transactions on things in categories because my accountant is picky... I have a hard time believing this is true.. I do know my target only allows 4 of the same coupon per transaction but I have broken them up before when I have lots of buzz coupons without any issues
Mine was still 70% and candy at 50 but I scored m&ms with target coupon and the sour patch target coupon work on the individual wrapped Halloween package!!!! I also scored 33 m&ms, peanut m&ms and mike an Ike theater boxed candy for 0.30! I was happy with that! I also got the gingerbread village to do at Christmas (2.99) they are still refusing to mark down the very clearly Halloween goldfish at my store
One find I got that nobody has mentioned is the 2pk boxer briefs in he men's dept... These fit very similar to American eagle boxer briefs and my teenager will wear them... The ones on sale are the orange/ black skulls pack and the solid black/ black and gray skulls pack. Mine were unmarked in men's regular section. 3.xx ( regular 11.99)
