  1. That's my plan. I wanted to get some info from corporate first, but that isn't going to happen. I called the customer service line and the person did not understand what I was asking. We went in circles for awhile and she basically told me it was my fault that I couldn't understand HER. LOL. I nicely asked to speak with someone else, but she refused to do so without my first and last name with phone number. I hung up at that point. Tried to email from Target's website but (like the rest of the site) it doesn't work and goes to an error. I'll be heading into my Target today to chat with the manager and hope for the best. It shouldn't be this hard to get policy information! Oh the joys of BF.
  2. AudreyNicole: That seems crazy to me as far as Price Adjustment. Their policy doesn't state that it has to be a weekly ad or that it doesn't apply to "special" Target ads. That stinks!
  3. You are all fabulous. Thanks again for the hard work!
  4. Great job and thank you to all involved! This is very helpful. I was looking at tv's and I don't think the Kmart tv has been added.
  5. Sorry for so many questions. I'm trying to get my plan of attack in order, lol. For Target price adjustments... I could go in on Wednesday and buy things from the Black Friday ad at regular price. Then go back to Target on say, the Saturday after BF, with BF ad in hand and have them price adjust?
  6. Oops, I just answered my own question. http://sites.target.com/site/en/company/page.jsp?contentId=WCMP04-040400 "Other price matching exclusions include: Online prices, including Target.com Promotions or products advertised on another company's web or mobile sites, even those advertising in-store prices. Timed events (e.g., early bird, door busters) Items advertised as limited time/limited supply/limited quantity"
  7. "Target’s Price Match is simple and helps guests save time and money. If guests find a lower price on an identical item advertised locally by a competitor, Target will match that price during the effective date of the competitor’s advertisement." Does this mean that for doorbusters at other stores that are during a certain time you must do the price match at Target during those times? For example, Kmart has Leap Frog toys for $15 from 5-11am. Target opens at 12:00am, so I can't price match the Leap Frog toy there until 5:00?
  8. So Best Buy does not price match on BF? I just want to make sure there isn't a loop hole I don't know about. :) "The Guarantee does not apply to: ... Items for sale Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving." Sent from my iPhone using GottaDeal
  9. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using GottaDeal
  10. Is there a thread that lists which stores do price matching on Black Friday and their rules/policies? Sent from my iPhone using GottaDeal
  11. Does anyone know if you can use coupons on Black Friday? Right now Fisher Price has a limited number of coupons on their website that I already printed out. A few of them match up with Kmart's Black Friday items. Trio Hot Wheels Stunt Ramp Builder - $24.99 (FP coupon for $5 off) Entire Stock of Fisher-Price Thomas And Friends Toys - B2G1F (FP coupon for $10 off Thomas & Friends Cranky and Flynn Save the Day) Little People Zoo Talker Animal Sounds Zoo - $34.99 (FP coupon for $5 off) Fisher-Price Big Action RC Construction Site - $29.99 (FP coupon for $10 off) Entire Stock of Fisher Price Laugh And Learn Toys - B1G1F (FP coupon for $5 off Laugh & Learn Dance & Play Puppy) *Not the same as the $12.99 puppy in Kmart's ad. This is a new version this year that dances. Thank you!
  12. Same hope here. There's a serious lack of any DS deals this year. Target has the 3DS, but we have no interest in that.
  13. Is the Lord of the Rings trilogy on blu-ray for $7.99 a mistake? They have each individual movie also priced at $7.99. In the ad it says the movies are $7.99 and regular prices are $13-$24.99. The blu-ray trilogy is normally $74.99! I picked it up either way b/c that is a good deal! http://www.target.com/Lord-Rings-Picture-Trilogy-Blu-ray/dp/B003HPAYZG
  14. @siczlo: I still see the free shipping advertised, but it says "excludes video game consoles/handhelds, software, hardware & accessories." Is that maybe the problem?
  15. I'm following them on Facebook and all they've said is the sale starts at 11:59 pm. No time zone mentioned and Eastern time has passed, so I guess that's not it. I figure that means the Black Friday sales aren't going to go up at 10pm EST.
  16. I also price matched at Target and got both movies for $3.98 before tax. Smoking deal!!
  17. I just got the PS3. Woo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  18. 20 minutes after the "start." Must...keep...patience...hat...on...
  19. Same here. Like so many before me, I give up. It wasn't meant to be I guess... Now to wait for Walmart to come online.
  20. Oh you bleepity bleep bleep! I got all the way to putting in payment info, coupon code and clicked on place order. The end was in sight... then error page again.
  21. Has ANYONE successfully checked out? I am also stuck in the cart to homepage loop.
  22. Got the main page to load again, but links loading just as slow as before.
  23. Yep, the entire site is gone now. Been trying since the sale went up and got nowhere. Ridiculous.
  24. That's it. I'm going to sleep and waking back up a little closer to 5 am CST.
