I would not put too much stock in these maps. After about 10 minutes they figured out the clothing manager made out the map for my local store, and it was completely wrong. I got the new intel from the electronics manager.

On the ad scan 2 pages is 1 page on the lowes site (so page 1 and 2 are the first page on lowes.com, etc.) The last 2 pages are the secret part.

Anyone know anything about the laptop? Model #, item # or anyway to get the full specs? Does Sam's usually sell out of those very quickly or as long as you are there when they open?

I called Sam's corp. She spent about 1/2 an hour looking and could not find anything for me. She said they normally have all the info for every product, bet there seems to be a great deal of secrecy involving these laptops. My guess is they are really stripped down.

I got mine today. I ordered the "red" one. It is a dark maroon color. I have already opened it so I am not sure I can return it for a different color. Online, it looked so much more reddish and not the dark color that I got today. Can I exchange it for a diferent color if I have already opened it?

The rationale is they do not price match themselves because they are not in competition with themselves. That is why walmart and walmart.com do not price match each other. On rare occasions I have been able to talk the store manager into it if they are close to their sales quota for the month, but normally the answer is no.

 

As far as price adjusting, you have 1 day. If you do not catch that window then you have to buy it at the cheaper price and return the other item (they will normally not give you the other item back to go buy unless you work out a deal with the cashier).

My kids just broke the screen on the emachine I got at walmart last year. I would have no reservations about getting another one, but I will probably get the better (more expensive) one at Sam's this year.
