Went to tru this morning. I just happened to see the 50's diner all set up and they had plenty of them! So at least I got to check it out. Seems pretty neat. I also looked for that dance time Brobee. I wanted to see it first hand. I asked a guy about it and he took me right to the place where they would be. They were all sold out. Said he had people ask him about Brobee already so yeah I'd say it will probably be hot. I also saw this is serious ming ming. They had a few of them and it didn't seem that neat to me.

I went to tru this morning. No luck on that tonka truck I wanted, but funny thing, they had more of the $40 ones!! Ugh. Of course they wouldn't get the $30 one in they want you to buy the $40 one. I did do the playskool b2g1 though. Got mrs. potato head, a baseball thing and a busy basics poppy thing. They already had the doorbuster stuff marked too. I didn't get any of those though cause nothing interested me.

I have never seen that dance time brobee and just saw it on the list. Should I pretend I never saw it? I looked it up and now I want to get it. My DD likes yo gabba gabba and she likes to dance and sing with them. She would probably love that. Hmmm...

I meant to say shopping season, not necessarily BF but sometime before xmas I'd like to see a big nice play kitchen on sale. Those darn things are expensive.

Do you find that some of these items are on sale BF? I was actually looking at Step 2 kitchens instead of the Dora kitchen. I wanted one with more bells and whistles and had good reviews. The Step 2 Dream lifestyle kitchen I was debating on getting instead of the dora one. I like that 50's diner too. If it was on sale BF at tru then I would be getting that one. It has good reviews and it seems really neat.

Guess too many people ordered. I ended up ordering another jacket. It was cabelas brand work jacket for $19.99 or something. Had good reviews and a lot of the reviewers said it was comparable to carhartt brand. I just bought it tuesday and it has already shipped and will be here tomorrow.

I just saw the ad online. Nothing that interests me.

Just got an email too but I can't view the ad. I was planning on going back saturday to see if they had the tonka truck back in stock. But if these doorbuster deals are any good I will be there friday at 3pm. Hopefully they will have that truck so I can do the b2g1 on the playskool.

I got the toaster last year for a couple of dollars. It's still doing fine. lol. We also got a crock pot that has been used about 2 times since then. We got them later in the day when they were marking them down because they had so many so we couldn't resist. Things are still holding up nicely on this end though, but we don't use them that much. The toaster gets used maybe once a month.

Same here. We will probably be spending more than last year. Well, I know we will due to the fact we had a baby in April. But we too, save throughout the year.

So I went to the store today and was gonna do the Playskool B2G1 along with the dvd's that are part of the sale. They had none of the tonka ride-ons for $30 that I wanted. They had the $40 ones and the only difference was a steering wheel. I could not bring myself to buy it. So I put back the mr. potatoe head and popper choo choo thing and left. Before I left I checked the dvd's and it was so not worth it. Walmart has the same dvd's for about $11 and the same ones at tru were $16. That's not even deal. They couldn't tell me wether they would get the tonka trucks in before the sale was over. They did have the $30 ones but had one little small spot on the shelf for those so they probably only had 2 of them. They had about 4 shelves for the $40 ones. Of course. I am just having no luck this week with any deals I try to get.

how much is shipping for the jacket? I wanna know before I get through to the last page and it says something like $20.

The dora & diego and disney playhouse dvd's are b2g1. Can you mix and match the dvd's? Like get 1 dora, 1 disney playhouse, and 1 other?

I'm glad I don't have to hear I don't like this, I didn't want that, etc. I remember one year I was probably about 5 or 6 and my aunt got me an umbrella. My mom took me to the bathroom and I was mad saying I don't want this umbrella and throwing a fit. I am embarrassed by myself when I look back on that. I hope my kids won't do that...but I'm sure they will.

How about other? My kids are only 2 and 5 months right now. They don't tell me what to buy for them...yet. I just pick whatever my 2yo is into and some things I think she'd like.

These were $67 and $77 at my walmart.

Well I would like to go after the eltronics like most of you. But, I have 2 kids and all our money goes to them. We won't have the money this year for any cool toys for us. So some good deals on toys for 2 year olds would be very nice! I have already been buying when I see good prices so if I can get some of the bigger toys for a good price I would be happy. Specifically a little art desk for my dd2. I tried looking for the Dora kitchen last year after xmas when some people were saying they were on clearance at walmart. Looks like I'll be paying close to $70-80 for that Dora kitchen this year.

Thanks for checking! Maybe I can get by there next week or sometime. Their prices are higher than most and they don't clearance by that much but this is a good deal, but not for $22 shipping. lol.

I would like to get this. Any way to get free shipping or does anyone know if they marked this down in store? Does tru usually clearance summer stuff in store?

Funny thing, we blew it up last night just to make sure there were no holes cause we only found one and it was on clearance so I was kinda worried it would have holes, but it doesn't. The thing is pretty big. It's not one of those huge ones but it's still big. And my boyfriend said this thing is not going to fit in the house. We have a small house and no room for anything. I suppose I will just sit it in the middle of her room until it gets warmer outside. Since we are giving it to her for xmas we were gonna blow it up and put it in the living room and put all her toys from santa in it. We will have to deflate a little bit of it to get it down the hallway to her room though. But I know she is gonna love it. And for $21 it was worth it!

I don't think I'm gonna do elmo this year. My daughter sorta likes elmo but she likes dora and backyardigans more. I've already bought a couple dora toys for xmas. And her 2nd b-day is this weekend! Woohoo! It's dora themed. So I'm going after Dora stuff for xmas. I got one of those bounce house things I'm saving for xmas. It's one of the smaller ones.

If I had enough money to buy 21 pairs, I would've done it. And kept the jeans all to myself! lol. Well, my DD, who is 2, is the size of her 4 yo cousin so she cannot wear any jeans. She's big for her age and they don't fit her. But I did get me and my boyfriend some jeans. So don't feel bad. I wish I could've bought 21 pairs!
