  1. I ordered this item online from Radio Shack yesterday. You also get $10 coupon (by email) for every $50 spent and free shipping for orders over $50. I added another small item to my cart to bring the total over $100 so I expect to get $20 in Radio Shack coupons soon. I'll give them to my husband so he can use them towards a cell phone upgrade. :) (hopefully the fine print doesn't say it excludes cell phones)
  2. I bought it yesterday morning on Amazon for $29.99. I knew the lightening deal sale was coming up but I was afraid I'd forget about it or it would sell out before I got online. As it turns out I was online at the time and almost cancelled the first one to save $4.99. I decided against it because it said it might be too late to cancel and I don't want to deal with returns just to save $5.00. I'm okay with that. It's cheaper than $39.99 (and it's still $29.99 for anyone who missed the lightening deal).
  3. I missed out when they had them on the site. Now I'm torn whether to spend the extra $$ and buy new ones or wait and hope the older version becomes available online again. Well that is if I am able to get the new ones at the store on BF.

First Lady, they may put more on the site within a day or two. I'd been watching them on the Apple site all last week and was holding off on buying. On the day I decided to get one they were gone. I thought for sure I'd lost my chance at a decent deal. The next day they were back in stock again so I bought one as soon as I saw it.

  4. I just bought three pairs of young men's skinny jeans from Hot Topic for my son. He's very slim so "regular" jeans look baggy on him. He got tired of the baggy look because most of his friends wear the skinny jeans. The ones I got him aren't super tight - they look normal on him because his legs are thin. It took awhile to get used to seeing him in them. And yes, they do make skinny jeans for men. The majority of teenage boys wear men's sizes. Skinny jeans are pretty popular in my area.
  5. Riverbend turkeys have been .45 lb. at my local Walmart since last Saturday (they were .92 lb the day before - I've been watching for the price to drop). I picked one up early yesterday morning. They had two freezer cases filled with them. I've been getting better deals on other stuff for my meal at the local grocery store by using coupons with their sale flyer.
  6. I just got done creating and ordering my $4.99 calendar from Artscow. It took me about 6 hours to create (I'm a scrapbooker and I want it to be perfect...lol) but I know it'll be well worth the time spent when it arrives. I bought one last year and my whole family loves it. Just tonight before I sat down to work on it my husband asked if I'm getting another calendar for next year. We're very impressed with the quality. I was so happy to find this thread with a code so I could make one for 2010. Does anyone know if you can use the code twice? My daughter wants to make one but I didn't want to wait until hers is done to order mine.
