Can't stand Walmart - their staff could care less about having customers, who pay their salaries.
However, one note on Target. Watch the prices at the register. Literally at least every other trip there, I find numerous things rung up higher than the shelf price. I have to watch each thing carefully. It's usually sale items, including the unadvertised price decreases, but I'm starting to notice even regularly-priced items scanning higher lately. The wrong prices on sale items has been going on for at least three years, and it's intentional, because we have complained, and nothing has been fixed.
