Anyone know when the fans will be marked down?

I had been stalking the 7 1/2 foot black patio umbrellas for a long time and then missed it when they went 75%! I thought that I would have to just wait until next year and try and get a great price. Well, today as I was looking at Halloween stuff, I spied a black umbrella!! It was on a bottom shelf, pushed to the back and behind some black cupcake holders. Apparently, someone thought that since it was black it must be some Halloween merchandise! All the other garden stuffed was salvaged awhile ago. The best part? It rang up $14.98!!!

Does anyone know when the patio umbrellas will go down? Mine in Roanoke, VA are still at full price. Thanks!

Bought a beautiful set of four Smith and Hawken patio chairs! They were originally $599 but marked down 75% to $149.90!!!! Had a $70 prepaid Mastercard from when we bought some tires and $25 from selling my old chairs on Craigslist so really got the chairs for 60 bucks!! I bought them at the Lynchburg, Va store and at the time, the only other things at 75% in patio were the little kids' picnic tables, marked down to $12.48.

Just a question about how you price matched and got the $10 instant savings--did you do this while going through checkout or did you buy everything and then go to customer service? Thanks!

I thought you might like this story about a clearance deal--last week, I bought one men's fusion razor (on sale for $6.99 - $4 coupon), three ladies Venus razors ($6.99 - three $2.00 coupons) and three Olay body washes, $5.49 each (they were free b/c I had 3 coupons to get them free when you buy the venus razors). Okay, I spent $17.96 for the 4 razors and 3 washes. Got three $5.00 gift cards back, so my total goes to $2.96. Found a huge room rug (8 x 10) marked down from $225 to $49 and used the gift cards towards it--$34. The same day, sent in for the $15 Olay rebate, so the rug really came out to $19! Not bad for a room sized rug!! But wait, my joy was short lived--got home, put the rug down and it looks amazing. Start making dinner, so pleased with the rug and start hearing a scratching sound....walk into the living room and there is my dog (Tucker) going to town and scratching the rug!!!!!! He has pulled up a ton of the threads all over it!!!!!!!! After chasing him away (he knows he's a bad dog already) I try to repair the damage. It looks okay but if you look at it at certain angles you can see fuzzy areas where he scratched. Were the clearance gods out to get me? Did I gloat too much about my fab deal? Is Tucker really evil (yes!)? I don't know but the next time I score something wonderful, I'm not saying ANYTHING! Have a great day everybody!!

I'll tell you a little secret that I found out about last year--when Target boxes up seasonal merchandise (usually right before it hits 90%) or things they are phasing out, they send it to Goodwill! That's why items left over from 90% sometimes scan "item not found in system". Check your local Goodwill folks, you'll find some great bargains (and help a great charity to boot!). I've scored some great bargains this year at Goodwill and all of it was in the box merchandise straight from Target. :)

I just got back from the Roanoke VA Target and got a bunch of two pack GE Energy Smart/Efficient lightbulbs for $1.24!!! They were on an end cap in the back of the store. They had different watts and two different sizes, too. Bought some Rayovac batteries from the dollar spot and used a $1.00 coupon (Smart Source insert 6/21) so I got them for free. Also got a cute Mossimmo jersey knit grecian style skirt for $9.99 (reg. price). I know it isn't on sale but thought that it was a great price nonetheless. They are super comfy with a tee and more flattering on me than shorts.

I'm a faithful reader of this great website but I haven't posted before.....but I had to tell you that I found FOUR MM grape juice packs for 0.69!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it and was giddy with delight! I guess the whole driving one hour (to Danville , VA) from my house to pick up some 50% Waverly Home towels was worth it after all......
