  1. The $419 LCD by Olevia is in today's Kmart ad good for a doorbuster tomorrow Thanksgiving Day. Check to see if your Kmart is open, if not you might be able to get one today. We called our Kmart and they are open here in Sarasota, Florida and they said they have quite a few. We have an Olevia 26" in our bedroom ( over a year old with tons of use)and it's great. The picture is gorgeous and the quality is solid. We have actually move that tv back and forth for awhile to hook it up to game systems while we were remodeling. They also offer a fantastic warranty ( not that we ever used) in any case- Olevia is a great brand and the customer servise is superb should you need assistance. As far as HDMI inputs, no worries, the Olevia has one and now they make adapters super cheap should you need one. Happy Thanksgiving All!:)
  2. Okay- so sending them the ad would hurt you? Because if that's the case then of course that would be the last thing I would ever want to do. If it's because it would be an overwhelming request for the ad-- I get that too. I'm just trying to navigate through this issue. I can only speak for myself, but with the way the economy has taken a dive, everyone I know has taken a serious financial blow. This holiday season has us in knots. Every dollar we can save only means we can spend it for something else. So for our family, it makes a big difference knowing if we have an extra $20 bucks to put towards that Mp3 player for our kid. You're running a business too--so please understand, I just want to get a clear picture of what we can do to make everything easier for all.
  3. We are not allowed to even say if we've "seen" the ad? I don't understand how that would jeopardize anything. My question is out of curiousity as to the strictness of the guidelines. If you can't even say you've seen the ad then the only discussion about Walmart would be limited to whether A) you're shopping there or not the sales they have now. C)whether you hate them or not
  4. Trust me, You definately will be bummed when you see the ad.
  5. or just set up an email account so people can send you the ads-LOL.
  6. I think they are going to do that. For me too, financially every penny counts. The ad had "some" good stuff but nothing that was "WOW".
  7. A few of the bf things on "the store that shall not be named" I found either very close to the price available now or exactly the same price. I just really hope the secret in-store specials will be good. I personally will check the website on 11/22 to see.
  8. I agree most of the deals such although I do like that 10" portable Dvd player for 84 bucks at Target. Last week my Target was clearancing out their Tom Tom GPS for 174 bucks. Maybe some Targets still have them. Ours was located not in Electronics but way over in the Auto Supplies section on an endcap with the locktag on it.
  9. If it'll make a difference, I'm sending an email too. I always shop at Target but hardly ever on Black Friday. This year, I was planning on making it my first and only stop. Until they reinstate your affiliation looks like I'll be hitting another store or like another poster said-- buy.com. What a shame.
